I really expected to have a refrigerator in the room for the price paid. Not updated. Just not what I expected.

The lobby and hallways smelled musty but overall it was a good stay. We were there for the Rangers game. The guy at the front desk was friendly and breakfast was good.

The furniture needs replacement. The bathroom roof is peeling off and near bath sink the wall was in very bad shape.

It was quiet. Private and nice. Only thing I would change is the pillows on the bed was to thin and flat. Hallways and elevator need better air conditioner. Over all it was great and staff was amazing

Booked the weekend for a Rangers game. The first night we had no issues but come 8 am the construction in the room above us began. I was forewarned that renovations were going to be happening but that it shouldn’t affect my stay but the noise was ridiculous and lasted all day. We asked to move rooms and staff was very nice and accommodating but they said the room we were moving to the previous tenants complained about a smell. There definitely was a smell of something like like wet carpet or mold but we moved anyway. The property is old but the box springs had stains and so did the tub. The towels had ripping holes and the carpets were gross. I’ve never written a bad review but this hotel had a 8.2 rating and I expected cleaner rooms.

I have stayed in multiple hotels around Globe Life park and for the price, this hotel isn’t worth the money. The place was outdated, dandy, had a musty, old smell throughout the lobby and room. Room was clean, but old furnishings, stained carpet, peeling, old cracked grout in showers. I wore flip flops in the shower and on the carpet. Checkin was quick, let us checkin early and friendly.

Property had closed pool and fitness center, couple leaks in hallways. Previous water damage was not delt with well on window and might be a mold growing on bathroom door.

The hotel is in restorage mode. My room had two walls painted and the other two in desperate need of paint. The bathroom was also in restorage mode. The TV needed to be replaced. The furniture also need replacement. For the price I paid, Hilton should be ashamed of themselves.

Old, rooms had drawing where bed “was”’on the wall. The bed was HARD, the pool wasn’t open during peak season! Hotel was dirty!!! Worst Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed at and we travel ALOT!

The shower water temperature was not consistent during my shower. It fluctuates between hot and cold.

This property is in desperate need of updating. The faucet in the bathroom wasnt attached to the counter top. The water in the shower got luke warm at best. The ac unit was Loud! The room was very dark (/think dark carpet and dark large furniture). The wall treatment all looked like it was repaired and waiting for paint. The people and location were amazing. The building/rooms need some serious attention!!

HORRIBLE!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! Its old,not upkept,nasty hotel with a non customer like rude Jamaican or African night manager. I took all the pictures I could. Blood or something red stained on the box spring on the outside where we could visible see it. Ripped up sheets,old ac unit,there was tape on the closet..TAPE!! Stains all over the walls. I think they painted over wallpaper. It was stuffy and just down out raggedy hotel. We didn't stay we left cause I expected better which Ive seen better from this brand hotel. Like I said RUUUNNN. It won't allow me to upload the pictures I took. They look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the hotel they display online. I got roomfished.

I was immediately greeted as I entered the hotel. Everyone was very friendly. The lobby and the breakfast area was very clean. The breakfast was well stocked.

Building is not well maintained or hasn’t been updated. Only 1 side of elevator working. Old AC’s in room. Would not stay there again especially for the price of the room.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the ceiling was pretty icky. The pool room was definitely in need of some repairs due to the increased rust action.
But other then that.. hotel was great.. good breakfast too

This was below Hampton Inn standards in my opinion. The furniture was worn, there were stains on the carpet and chairs and the water in the shower was warm but not hot. The water from the sink was very hot so it must be an issue with the mixing valve in the shower. It was clean and the breakfast was good.

We had to take Luke warm (at best) showers!! The sliding door to the shower was off track and we couldn’t get it back on. Shower was not clean. Overall cleanliness was terrible! When we reserved it said it had fridge & microwave and there was neither, but friends staying there too had them in their rooms. I think that a partial refund to my card is warranted!

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The rooms showed their age and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast options were good, Texas shaped waffles always makes a morning.

Quiet and close to attractions. Good breakfast! Pretty standard hotel, with a few items of regular ware and tear, but certainly good for a few nights stay without breaking the bank.

This hotel is on the older side it is in need of a make over. beds where not very confterbul. little to no hot water very low water presher in the shower. Ice machine not working on our floor. only one working elavator.
