I tried to cancel my 4-night reservation when I found out the night before that I would owe an extra $28 per night per dog. They informed me that I had not called early enough that day to cancel and said they’d have to charge me for at least 1 night. I will dispute the charge with my bank. Ridiculous

Kim was amazing checking us in We did have 1 hiccup. Kim tried to resolve. But as travel softball parents we understood and didn’t change room.

Exceptionally clean

The lady at the front desk, (cannot remember her name) was seriously so sweet! Very patient with me with all the questions I asked. 10/10 on this hotel! The room was so clean! As soon as we walked in, you could smell how clean it was.

From Thursday to Sunday never had our room made up or new towels provided. Bathtub drained very slowly when showering. Puke remnants on the side of the one of the beds.

I had booked 2 nights and woke up to bedbugs in my room! The staff gave me a new room while I washed my things. After going back and forth if they would refund me, at 10am they gave me less than an hour's notice to either check out at 11, or get no refund. The staff was incredibly rude, unsympathetic, and unprofessional. I was supposed to be working remote that day but instead ended up being jerked around and out on the street trying to find a new hotel. Awful experience.

The front desk staff were super awesome, very nice and willing to help you without any attitude. Don’t see that alot. Hotel was nice and clean and smelled fine. Pullout couch was worthless, why bother to think about the people that might have to use it. You should take your name off the wall for allowing that to be in someones room. Its just a layer of hard metal. Absolutely terrible.

Property is definitely dated. Room was clean enough, but not spotless. Hotel was rated excellent on Expedia. Definitely average.

Nice property and comfortable room. Standard breakfast was included which was convenient. Staff was friendly. Our only complaint was loud guests nearby and the room was very cold when we first arrived. But overall it was a good stay and we would come back.

They were so helpful. Or other reservations were canceled and they helped with the needs of us and our 4 kids . Everything was so clean and everyone so nice .

The room was ok. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The two lights by the sink weren’t very bright and the overhead light didn’t work. It was hard to see in the bathroom.

Stay was great except for the fact the people directly above us or beside us were allowing their kids to stomp and jump and bang around ALL day and night. Even my 10 yo was so tired of hearing them. The hotel itself was fine.

Excellent breakfast - its more than the continental breakfast. And the coffee is just amazing! Thank you for a great stay.

HC room was smelly. Main coffee machine was broken in the breakfast room. Had to make coffee back in our room. Tried juice dispenser and it was empty too! I’ve stayed in this hotel several times with no issues at all. Just a bad day I suppose.

The space was amazing. Plenty of room and space for our family. Very clean. Staff couldn’t be bothered with anything. When asked for help or assistance they drug their feet to slowly help. They all smoke near the pool also.

There were dog footprints on the bedspread and animal hair all over the sofa in the room. There was also mold in the toilet and candy stick on the curtains. Other than that, it was a good hotel.

Decline a stay because the pet friendly hotel did not except cats. You will be hearing from my attorney.

The location was convenient for our concert at The Plant. Lots of chain/fast food restaurant choices around the immediate area. We booked this place because it had good reviews specifically saying it was clean. However, the hotel and our room were dirty and grimy. Our bathroom floor was so sticky my flip flops almost came off. There was some kind of dark brown mold looking stains on every lamp shade in our room. Dust was caked on the table phone and AC unit so those items are never wiped down/cleaned. Microwave had food splattered on every surface and wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned. The white bathroom door was brown from hand prints that have never been wiped. For our king bed we were given 4 throw-pillow sized pillows (not even standard sized pillows). The lighting in the bathroom was so bad I was basically showering in the dark. The next morning we went down to the lobby for breakfast and realized the sticky floor in the dining area was covered in syrup and the same mop they use in this area is what they used to mop our bathroom as it was the same sticky residue that was on our bathroom floor. The elevators look like they were wiped haphazardly with a dirty rag with dirty grimy smear marks all over it. Thank goodness we were only staying here one night. We will never return. I took photos of all of these issues.

Hotel is a little older but in good condition. Room was clean and updated. Bed was a little firm for me but hubby liked it! Bathroom was clean & updated. Water temp and pressure were good. Coffee pot and 1 kind of juice at the breakfast lounge were still not working as seen in other reviews ( needs fixing-too long) but we were able to make coffee in our room. Breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, great cinnamon swirl bread, fruit & All the other usual items. They need to fix the water cooler in the weight room and water fountain outside the weight room. Overall good place to stay. Reasonable rate.

We stayed for two nights and the hotel was comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was very good. We also used the gym which was small but decent. The room itself was comfortable but kind of beat up. The TV/fridge/microwave stand had chunks missing in multiple spots. One lamp was broken. The light fixture in the bathroom was old and discolored. Some of the grout in the bathroom was discolored.

Nice stay, clean hotel and a lot of places to eat close by. Front desk girl wqs working hard all the time, cleaning the lobby, etc.

The hotel was very clean and staff were professional. Room was laid out very well and it had a mini refrigerator with a small freezer. Perfect for out stay during our travels. Will stay again.

Front desk staff were very rude. We were there for a baseball tournament and asked if our parents could socialize in the lobby or conference room. The staff refused and were very unfriendly and unprofessional. Our team had ten rooms booked at this hotel. We will not look to stay at a best western ever again, as the staff told us it was a best western policy that we could not assemble quietly in the lobby/breakfast area in the evening or in a conference room without paying for it.

The front desk clerk was polite, courteous, and professional. The room was clean but was showing some signs of wear. The complimentary breakfast was nice and the service worker was excellent and proficient The staff makes this facility a top notch facility. The hotel was quiet outside due to be off the main highway but maybe I chose the wrong week because the upstairs residents were really noisy. The bed was very nice and clean.

This was a nice clean stay.
