It was right down the beach but not right on the beach. The hotel was under renovations during off peak time, which was mentioned and totally fine. The airport pick up is a charge, which they were great about arranging with pick up and drop off. The room service was great and on time. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. I thought the hotel was a bit pricey, compared to other hotels, however, this hotel is much more family oriented with kids and families. Both pools were nicely kept and rules were clear for timings. Overall a decent experience.

Hotel is 2 minutes walk to the beach where there were numerous shacks for food, bars, etc. It is about 10 minutes walk to the main road where there were choices for restaurants, shops, etc. We stayed in an Executive room which was clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast mainly catered for local tourists, but it was great having the egg station for variety. Good sized, clean pools too!

We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a 20 hour journey, hungry and tired we just wanted to get some food and go to sleepas soon as we could. After a 20 minute check in process (so slow and unorganized) we finally got to our room and called for room service, which runs 24 hours a day. We ordered food and were told that it will take about 40 minutes, which was ok. After waiting for an hour I called the kitchen again, this time asking how long our food was going to take. The guy tells me he will look into it and askigbruptly hangs up. After waiting for another 20 minutes I called back and he tells me that we didn't confirm our order!! Excuse me, but what does that even mean?? I've travelled the world extensively and have never even heard of that. The guy clearly didn't take our order and he tried to turn it on us. Frustrated and extremely tired we were forced to go to bed hungry. The next day I brought it up to the manager, Peter, and he said he would look into it and get back to me... which never happened. Overall the service was fairly poor and you would expect more from a place that charges $100 a night. Not recommended.

The hotel is a short stroll to the beach and has a good sized swimming pool. Staff were very helpful and attentive.There was a good choice of food and the quality was of a high standard.

We arrived after almost 24hrs flight to Goa and no one was waiting us. We had prebooked pick up from hotel and double confirmed it hours before arriving. We had to wait there for 40mins. Another of us was coming a day later. Same problem. Third day, a last friend was joining and it took them 2hrs to pick him up. I even had the manager shouting at me when asking for explanations. No even an apologies compensation. All this on Chirstmas Eve day. Last day, Christmas day, we asked the manager not to charge for the pick up that took more than 2hrs to happen. He refused. He even added an extra 3000ruppies to our bill for an extra bed that was never installed!!! When asked refund on it, he refused too. We chose this stay based on the reviews but our experience has been more than discusting. We are a group of 6 friends very used to travel around and hardly ever have found with such a rude people and also over charging and non refunding for it. Avoid at any cost!

It was a short but a necessary outing. D resort did play its part very well. D rooms are decent n relaxing. U guys go for d ground floor one's. Food is good. Thank u.

Approch to the hotel is tight.room sizes are good.service is average.overall stay experience was good.

Hotel is at excellent Location, Staff is very good and friendly. Food at Bistro is also good. Overall it a good place for a family vacation.

Good stay although rooms were small than expected, good food, very pleasing staff esp. at the resturant (The Blue Bistro). The only thing that we missed was the resort feeling as there was not much to do in-house other than swimming pool. Beach is 5 mins. walk from the resort, although not a private beach. Water sports are there on the beach, so really don't have to move around much, you're pretty much there in the heart of the action.... Overall it was a nice stay.

Stayed at this resort from 23-Apr to 26-Apr. Due to some road-repairs being carried out on the approach road, had to struggle to get to this place. However, on reaching the address, found the resort to be nice, well maintained and compact. Overall, enjoyed the stay at Terra Paraiso... Pros: 1. Nice location, just 2 mins walk to the beach 2. Close to most of the attractions in Nort Goa. Lots of restaurants etc close by if you have your own means of transport 3. Staff is very nice and helpful. Good quality of service 4. Food served in the restarurant is nice and reasonably priced. Decent sized rooms which are clean and well maintained Cons: 1. While not a con in itself, the resort is fairly small 2. Design of the washroom (had booked a Deluxe room which has a shower stall). The water simply flows all over into the bathroom making the entire area wet.

Good Hotel. Decent size rooms. I opted for a Deluxe room which I believe is the dearest one available with a spa. The toilet and bathroom was pretty dull. The airconditioning in the room was broken.

Overall good hotel good food .after repeated request AC problem was not rectified.we were told the hotel is on direct beach but its not..for every problem front desk staff was blaming for agent that is hotel.com and we were told that it would have been better experience if we would have booked directly with them.

Wonderful experience from the time of entry to exit. Had an amazing stay in Terra Paraiso. Would recommend room no. 212 (Pool View).

We had stayed here on our two day trip to Goa. It was a great experience. The children enjoyed the pool which is kept very clean and tidy. Rooms are great. Food can be improved but generally great place to stay.

Had a beautiful vacation.very good facilities except for the sad health club.

Clean, good service, buffet breakfast, cable tv. Seems like a simple formula but not easily achieved in India. I recommend this hotel.

The rooms are in a poor state of repair. I had a broken and rusty fold up bed on my door step for my entire stay. The service is too laid back to be efficient and the staff are clearly in need of direction. The pool area is ok, but is spoilt by loud booming music coming from the bar / restaurant area at the side of the pool. For peace and quiet you really need to go to the beach which is only a two minute walk away. (The only advantage of staying here). Is marketed as 3.5 stars, it's definitely not at that level. It's a cheap hotel, but it's easy to see why.
