Everything was very white and tidy and and very enticing to want to sleep in. Comfortable mattress. I always choose this chain, especially for the Comfortable beds. I always feel well rested in their beds.

The staff were very hit or miss they were all out front having a smoke break together most of the times I would walk outside to the parking lot and I was treated extremely rude by Dorthy. Horrible customer service unfortunately ruined the experience for our family. Also the ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work at all during our stay on days it was 100 degrees outside…the hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.

This hotel is in very nice condition and the breakfast was OK. The bed was not to my liking for comfort however, that is a matter of opinion. The price is very high but so are the other hotels in the area.

Great location near the freeway and close to town for restaurants. We had some issues with the toilet in our room and without hesitation were moved to another room. Breakfast offered a great variety along with plenty of room to sit. Rooms were clean and pretty quiet area.

If you can't have noise at night, then this may not be the place for you. The heater/air conditioner is quite loud when it is on. Other than that, this is a great place to stay. We stay here because my family have a home near this hotel.
Breakfast isn't too bad either for free. They have a variety of food whether you want healthy or eggs, sausage/bacon and potatoes.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was quite good on the free breakfast scale, and it's a 10 minutes drive from CWU campus. Feels somewhat modern, in terms of decor. I'd very happily stay here again.

Nice pool, friendly staff, great breakfast. Was a little disappointed that they are pet friendly. Barking dog across the hall wouldn't let us sleep in.

New Property, very clean, nice staff, easy parking, great location, very reasonable rates, everything you’re looking for in a hotel. Only complaint is the pool was so chlorinated that both my Grandchildren suffered from what looked like actual burns around their mouth and eyes. My son and his wife complained of itching and irritation as well.

This property was awesome. took care of my son who needed a room quickly and needed a ride to the bus stop. They were very nice and accommodating. Would totally stay here again.

I will stay here again! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. place is spotless. Pet friendly, breakfast was great and 6 newly installed Tesla destination chargers are available.

Very nice hotel! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was difficult only because hotel was likely fully booked. One truck and trailer took up several parking spots. Consider expanding parking for trucks and trailers, or clearly marking available street parking. Overall excellent stay…just had trouble finding parking after a full day of activities at CWU parents weekend. Thank you!
