I was deeply disappointed by this hotel's inflexible policies and lack of customer service. Despite giving 24 hours notice for an early departure due to unforeseen circumstances, they refused to adjust my reservation and insisted I contact the online travel agency, even though I booked directly with them. The OTA's representative made multiple attempts to reach the hotel, but they remained unyielding. It's particularly frustrating that they still charged me for the full 4 days, even though the hotel was clearly in high demand and my room could have easily been resold. This experience highlights their prioritization of profit over customer satisfaction.

right next to truck stop. don't know how but, a truck was parked next to our window. diesel truck started up 5 am with a beeping sound for 15 min straight. i dreamt my car ran out of gas and the alarm was going off for the gas (it was the truck) thats how i woke up. its not the hotels fault that a truck stop is next door. but i really think the truck was on motel property as many were. and outside my window which was like a wide driveway area. there is a trailer park that is about 150 feet from the motel. i feel so bad for those residents as they must hear it all night. otherwise the motel looked nice, the breakfast was ok. close to town.

The receptionist gave our room away..my husband is ADA. Carrie emailed me that they didnt have an ADA room but shed put us on 1st floor. No one said there was no elevator. Someone was on our room but receptionist removed them. Room was dirty. Receptionist had to clean the room and change bedding and towels. Room smelled of perfume, you could taste it. Lock on outside door wwas missing so the door would not shut or lock. This was a disgusting experience and we will not be back. The onky good things, despite his screw up by givung our room away that was noted in their system thatbit was ours, was he helped get room ready. It will not allow me to upload pictures.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they are ever in town.

The shower curtain does not prevent water from going all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The pool was nice after several hours of driving.

The breakfast was severely lacking.

The cost was a bit high for what the property offers: soft, lump beds and a noisy air conditioner. It is definitely a two-star hotel because of the uncomfortable beds and the overall tatty room furniture. A pallet of shrink-wrapped supplies blocked one of the front doors all afternoon and night . . . .

It was just a one night stay but check in and check out was easy peasy! Def would stay again. Room was nice and clean the air conditioner was the highlight with the heat around right now.

The online check in and out was great, we arrived very late at night and the ability to pre check in made it so fast to get to our room and sleep. Front desk staff was nice and everything looked clean. This is not a fancy hotel but we loved it, it was clean, safe and affordable.

Great stay just off the highway. Breakfast is good and place is safe and clean. Only issue was a constantly running toilet which we didn’t realize was an issue until late night.

The property was under construction which the website did not say. We were told construction would end by 5pm, it did not stop until 7pm. Not only that the cable was out and we had no tv. There was no discount offered or anything for our inconvenience.

The hotel was undergoing repairs so a lot of the doors were not accessible. The shower did not have a curtain. The cable TV was not functioning, but was expected to be up on Tuesday. I wouldn't stay here again until the remodel was complete.

Reasonable price for a quick overnight.

The Hotel is unexpectantly nice for the price. The beds were comfortable and room was upgraded. The hotel smelled nice. We stayed in the No Pet room. The only complaint is that the breakfast was not good and seemed of poor quality. I would stay there again when traveling to Ellensburg.

Did not have hot tub as advertised and didn’t have tv the whole stay! Working in roof we were put in far back doors locked had to walk to front to exit building! Would not stay there again

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom fan was loud, otherwise everything else worked properly. Would stay here again.
