I have been going there for a few years for various events. This trip was for a girls weekend. Everything was great, except the room was above the laundry and there was A propane or gas bill from that. Overall, I love this place because of the location and the views. And the rooftop deck is excellent.! However, also the hot tub was not working.

Property has so much potential. Just needs attention to detail. Rooms had some major issue like very old and dilapidated mattresses, blinds were broken and inoperable, fridge froze everything, AC unit did not operate sufficiently and made real loud noises all the time. Tables, chairs and beds have no rubber feet and you hear everyone near you everytime they move these items. Been talking about a renovation for years, the joint needs one!

Has a hot tub and pool. It is a motel but is enclosed with a gate. The Ocean side room was nice and clean, it also had a full kitchen. My only issue was that the bottom of the tub was uneven making it difficult for people with foot or balance issues

Okay for the good. The location is super great, close to the boardwalk and beach, and the staff usually reacted quickly on most issues. HOWEVER we must address the issues we did have. Upon arrival and we have stayed there previously many times, they AGAIN put us poolside. Front desk informed us that ONLY though the hotel's site will they book you into an oceanfront or oceanview room. Next the TV needed to be reprogrammed because we were only getting the OTA Philly stations, that and a clogged toilet and bad water pressure were solved quickly. The pool had paint which came off on my back but the worst was the WIFI, absolutely nonexistent in the room, spotty if best outside. I had to tether my phone all the time there. Now depending on who you get at the front desk depends on the answer you'll get. Running the gamut from we'll fix it with a booster tomorrow to "what's a booster, nothing is wrong with the wifi". Frustrating experience and the last time I'll book there.

Room needed upgrading. Not happy that i had to pay for ice. Didnt seem to be cleaned properly. And no shelves or hooks for things. Furniture is old. The lobby seemed clean and upgraded. But not the rooms.

Everything went perfectly. Room was very clean, enviromental service crew were very attentive and very helpful. Could not ask for anything else. Only issue was parking but that was just how the beach is.

Clean. Beautiful location overlooking beach. There was a miscommunication regarding housekeeping but not a big deal. Staff were friendly & helpful. I would have like some hooks in bathroom to hang clothes or bath towels. Otherwise room was satisfactory.

Nice place. Great location. Only downside rooms are never ready when you go to check in, even if you pay the extra for early check in.

The bathrooms are less than desirable. No electrictrical outlets, need safety bars in bathtubs, bathtub very slick and when pulling uo knob for shower the whole spout comes out of the wall. There was good water pressure in the shower.

We just got back from Aqua Beach! The staff was so friendly and nice. The accommodations were great, the only complaint is the pull out couch- they need new ones! Lol
The pool is amazing and the rooftop is such an wonderful experience -

Super close to the boardwalk, pool is great and open late. But the bathtub was peeling paint chips, the back sliding door was broken. The concierge said he would call when our room was ready but we got no call. Had to just show up past 4pm due to waiting for a call that we never got and all they said was “oh ok yea your room is ready.” Other than that, it was an ok stay.

Aqua Beach is ok. Not great but not horrible. The parking is a problem, requested our room to be cleaned for two days and it never was. There is no iron in the room and you have to pay for ice if you want it. The bathroom is very old. It is partially renovated and close to the boardwalk which was nice. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

It would have been a perfect stay if my bed was comfy. The mattress is sagging on my side of the bed, feels like someone left a dent on it.

The location is perfect for walking to the beach and boardwalk. The hotel is actually perfectly fine. Only issue we had were stains on the sheets and they weren't changed after the staff serviced the room after the first night. Other issue is the staff did not enforce the rules at the pool where it clearly has an age minimum for the hot tub yet it was constantly full of little kids. Would recommend for the location

The stay was great because once you are there you tend to forget or conform to what you get. Upon arrival one room was ready and the other was not. Both rooms reserved were definitely not the same. We reserved two queen beds in each room as we were 4 staying in each room. One room was a king with a pull out sofa not convenient for a week stay. Full refrigerator and kitchen with a large bathroom. The other room was two double beds really small bathroom and refrigerator. You definitely don’t get what you reserved or your moneys worth as it was $2200 (6 nights) for each room. We also requested rooms near each other, never happened. Upside, balcony faced the ocean giving beautiful views. Proximity to beach, boardwalk, bike rentals and dining were super convenient. That’s what they bank on. Other hotels there are just as close and cheaper. Book early in other hotels and save yourself a few extra dollars.

We arrived and our room had a broken window, they moved us to a filthy room our feet were black, and it was by the garbage and noisy, we were up all night. We didn't even stay our entire time and when we asked for a refund for the night we did not stay, they told us no. Never go back there again.

room was very dirty. floors were not sweeped or mopped and bed sheets as well felt dirty. shower curtain had mold. housekeeping service was very rude and never wanted to do their job and would get mad if we asked for simple things such as towels or toilet paper. all in all i would not return to this hotel. very bad experience!
