Great location. Good kitchen. No microwave. Good washing machine and dishwasher. Great front desk staff. Walked everywhere.

Big rooms with every day cleaning

Every morning at 8 am there was very loved construction sounds in our room. I called twice and both times they told me they can’t do anything about it as it was the bullring next door that was making all the noise. It sounded like a holdover in our room from 8 am to 12 pm. Horrible! I don’t recommend at all!

We arrived on St Jordi day so access was a bit difficult but that was not the hotels fault! The rooms are very modern and well fitted out. We had a full opening courtyard window/ balcony that was lovely in the evenings with the sounds of the city but when closed was quite sound proof. The kitchen was small but served our purpose and the washing machine was great to get. Load done- a drying rack would be better than scattering things over any available rail. Access to the sights and centre was perfect as you are on a train line and bus line straight out the front and it is only a short stroll to the old town down hill, about 1000m to the Familia cathedral and Las Rambla is one street across with some amazing Tapas very close by. staff were friendly and could all speak English. I would stay here again

A lovely modern hotel with great staff who were very helpful. Right across the street from Casa Mila and a few metres from Metro and hopon hopoff bus stops. It's a busy area with lots of high end shopping and we really enjoyed that location. We had great meals and bought a few items in the supermarkets when we decided to have quiet meals on the balcony or sitting inside ( the balcony faced west and was pretty hot in the afternoon after all day out in the sun). Pretty much a perfect place to stay

Avenue Suites are the perfect choice to stay in Barcelona if you want somewhere safe and quiet but still within 10 mins from the city centre. The apartments are spotless, well maintained and very spacious, I will definitely be back when I visit the city, especially during summer so that we can enjoy the pools. The views at the rooftop at night are spectacular! The neighbourhood is ideal and has a countless choice of shops, restaurants and bar terraces, perfect for people watching… it reminds me of the UWS in NY with wide, tree lined streets.

Beautiful and spacious place with a good location. Close to public transportation and right across Casa Mila. A nice getaway from the craziness of Las Ramblas without being too far. The only downsides were the construction work being done in the morning that would wake us up and the AC didn’t get really cold. Overall would still recommend staying here!

Great property with very helpful staff. Very walkable to most the main tourist sites and lots of good dining options close by.

Very nice and clean hotel, definitely recommend!!

First of all, when booking a hotel, I think the hotel should let the guests know that depending on which room you choose, the view of Casa Milla can be seen or the back of the hotel can be seen. The family room has no view of the back of the hotel, and it's so frustrating because it's glued to a strange building. And if there are two rooms, the second room is too small and two single beds attached to the small room in a strange shape. Of course, there are only beds and no narrow tables or small lights next to the bed. It's like a dormitory. There's a small window, and when you open it, you can see the elevator and the hallway. I can hear all the voices. I've never seen a room with such a strange structure before and they put it in a room that can't fit two single beds, so there's no room for luggage or other luggage except for the bed space, and it's suffocating. The facilities are also old, so water does not run in the sink of two toilets. And the electric cord next to the bed in the master room did not work, so I could not charge my phone. After It fixed the sink problem and the electricity problem, the sink still went down slowly after a long time, and there's no power back on, so I didn't use the outlet. Second, I'll talk about the service. I left my Dyson dryer in my room and checked out, so I contacted them by email right away and politely asked them to send it to me. But they haven't contacted me even after checking. This is unimaginable in a hotel in my country.

The most beautiful aparthotel in Barcelona. The flat was bright and spotless, and the location could not have been better. What made this stay so much more incredible though was the amazing team, everyone was so friendly and Carlos made sure that if i had any questions they were answered right away. He was so helpful and such a positive energy. One of the best reception teams i have come across! I was given an upgrade upon arrival, and a voucher to visit a local museum. The rooftop had amazing views and the gym was an additional plus. 10/10 i cant wait to come back

This apartment suite hotel is super nice and amazing. Unfortunately we , a family of 4, only got to stay there for 1 night for our layover in Barcelona. The property is super clean, modern, and good location. My two teenage sons loved the place, and if we come back to Barcelona next winter, this is the place we would be stay again!

Design is modern and located in a central area of tourist attractions. The major issue with the design, however, is there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom in this one bedroom apartment. All the smell and noise of toilet flushing from the bathroom affect the bedroom, especially worse at the middle of the night. No privacy especially when an additional window is right next to the bath and with semi-transparent glass door (not up to ceiling) for the toilet. Shower gel stain on the floor tiles near the shower and bath which were never cleaned . No replenishment of coffee capsules and have to purchased from minibar after consuming the first three complimentary coffee capsules. This is unlike all the hotels these days.

Superb hotel with brilliant staff & A cleanliness

Great location. Lost of restaurants and shops nearby.

Special property and location. Clean. High end finishings. But some basics missing (bath mat, conditioner, coffee..) however there was expensive art.. seemed like focus is on form over function. Language challenges.

Amazing experience. Very central, walk anywhere location. Many cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Amazing and courteous staff. Highly, highly recommend this aparthotel. Would definitely stay again at this beautiful place.

Helpful staff, easy location, many things to do locally and easy to go to other parts of the city and trains. Rooftop pool and deck were incredible

Fabulous apartment with everything we needed as a family. It was in a great location, very central and within easy walking distance to everywhere. Very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Views from the pool of Casa Mila were fabulous, and the two pools were a hit with our children!

A fantastic stay! This is our 4th time visiting Barcelona and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be staying here again when we visit Barcelona for the 5th time!

Perfect place to stay. Nice people, nice environment, and very clean.

Safe , walkable, central neighborhood. Our family found it really convenient and we walked everywhere. Staff are friendly.

The apartments are great but the second bedroom is truly inadequate, especially for the price.

The location is the best of the best. Everyday you will enjoy watching Casa Mila from the rooftop pool. Staffs are nice and supportive. Super safe and you can walk to most of the tourism spots.

First the bad. As with any review, I want to start with the description on the website. Nowhere is it mention that the bathroom is open to the bedroom. No door and a window. This might be a fetish to Some but when you’re traveling with children is a inconvenient to have to leave the bedroom each time someone needs to use the bathroom and the shower steams up the room. Second don’t advertise 42 inch smart TVs and give me a 25 inch dumb TV. Third the washing machine was not clean between customers had mildew and was broken. The staff did offer to do my bag of dirty laundry. Unfortunately, they return it to me the following day, in the same bag, unfolded and crumpled. Swimming pool and gym is very small Now the good. It is a small hotel, but beautiful well kept. The location is great for shopping and a quick bus ride to all the museums. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional, and other than the washing machine issue. The room was well clean . Recommendation asked for the bedrooms that have doors on the bathroom. This property is just wow! The staff was so helpful and communicative. Amazing location and a feel of a top hotel with pools. They had a crib set up for our baby as well with the ability to go pitch dark in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
