Excellent walkable location. Nice front desk. Convenient parking garage in the complex. Beds in the apartment were very firm and uncomfortable. Not enough towels for a family of four were present in the shower. No laundry detergent was provided. TV had limited programming. AC units were noisy. Toilet did not function well.

Location is good. Nearby Metro station and tram station. Apartment is big and clean. Equipped kitchen is convenient for cooking. Washing machine is provided and can be dry at the balcony. Nice apartment and recommended.

Perfect space for our family of two adults and two kids (11 and 12yrs). The property was extremely clean and spacious. The location was perfect with great connectivity to tram, metro and buses. There was a kitchen space as well - bit we did not cook as there are plenty of places nearby for food. We had a really nice and comfortable stay and would highly recommend this property.

The location is a . It’s secure and the apartment was very spacious with a huge balcony.

Great location. We have two bedrooms on 6th floor with hugh balony overlook St. Bacelica. Fully furnished, clean and excellent check in service.

Good location but not fully two bathrooms as website said. It is only one full bathroom, one power room with toilet , one laundry room with a shower space. For 5 adults one bathroom is not enough. Laundry room is only washer. No clothes. dryer and no detergents provided . Not good for people has to do laundry after travelling for a weeks and for 5 adults. 3 bedrooms. Only one is good size. The other two rooms is very small only for one queen size bed. I don’t think I will rank it as 4 stars. 3 stars is about the level.

We stayed at 7Seasons Apartments, Budapest for 5 nights in June and were extremely pleased with our choice of accommodation. The hotel is located just a 2 minute walk from the 100E bus stop (to and from the airport). Location is great with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in close proximity. The hotel staff were EXCELLENT, they could not do enough for us. Check in and out was extremely efficient . We'd happily stay here again in this beautiful city and would highly recommend it!!

Really enjoyed our stay here for a week. All the staff were friendly and always helpful. Lovely apartment, modern furnishings and all really nice.

Apt is tastefully decorate. Centrally located with short walk to public transportation, attractions, supermarket, cafe - everything you need. Lots of restaurants. We have vegan in our group and there's a vegan restaurant at the property. Lots of clothes hanger to help with hang drying your clothes (may seem like a small matter but it is not when you are travelling and need to do laundry). They provide a good size drying rack and washing detergent can be purchased (minimal cost) at the reception. My husband did not have trouble asking for an extra towel at night when we got back, so 24 hour reception is definitely a plus. Friendly staff. Firm bed which I love, and clean modern property. Will definitely stay here again!

It was wonderfully convenient and we could walk everywhere. It was also close to subway stops. Neighborhood felt very safe. Check in and out staff was helpful and extremely polite. Great job keeping the room clean. Only downside is that some of the furniture needs to be replaced.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious and had everything to feel at home form home. It couldn't be situated better, it's in the middle of the city centre just 3 minutes form all the main Metro and Bus lines. Looking forward to coming back :)

Excellent property, but maintenance is not so good. One cockroach found. One day no hot water for several hours without notice. But location is outstanding.

I was so happy with my apartment! I wanted to extend as soon as I arrived. The location couldn’t be better. It was inside some sort of an outdoor small mall, with restaurants…2 blocks down was the subway and trams that would get to anywhere I wanted to go. The staff was very helpful. Answered my questions quickly even before I arrived. The apartment was very spacious, much bigger than I expected. I was able to do laundry in my apartment which was very convenient as I have been traveling. I had everything I needed. Would highly recommend and looking forward to going back!

I cant say enough good things about this place. Location is VERY central and right around the corner from where you get the 100E aurport bus (its the 1st stop too so you get a seat lol). Check in guy was very friendly and informative. Its lobby space is shared with a vegan restaurant and a laundry mat. Its not run by the hotel (and it was pretty expensive but includes soap) but still cool to put in a load and then go back to your room until its done. We had the 2 bedroom superior room. It was INSANE. Big windows in all rooms and each room had a balcony. It faced an internal courtyard so you faced your 'neighbors' but still cool. Very clean and they came on the 2nd day of our stay and made up the rooms. I truly dont need that but I know some people care about that. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the apartment was really pretty. There is a Prima grocery store down the street. With windows closed it was very quiet. The guy that checked us out (at 2am) was also really friendly. Only con is that the air conditioning AC wasnt really on. I think they turn it on in June. With the windows open it was fine but again the courtyard faces other rooms so sometimes that felt awkward. If you are someone who 'runs hot' then maybe only stay here in proper winter or summer. But other than that 10/10 and i would love to stay here again

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Lovely and clean,spacious, bright and light, newly refurbished, modern decor. W had a one bed apt with sofa bed in lounge. Lovely shower with nice shower gel and lovely coffee machine and Nicole little toaster, 2 dishwasher tablets provided and tea towel with washing up liquid was handy.main bed very hard but sofa bed very nice and soft, no aircon so really suffered at night even with the windows open, very noisy at night as had to sleep with windows open due to no aircon, but noise echoed around the quad from people, fire alarms waking us up two nights in a row, ambulances etc, so didn’t get a lot of sleep due to this. Chain on door had been bent at some point so didn’t help as added layer of security, also the large metal bolt across door didn’t work either, so had to just rely on locked door. Couldn’t get sage to work or the grill in the oven, and light switch fell off in the toilet so had to click that back in place which was a pain as that happened a few times. Didn’t feel safe going into the apt block as anyone could walk in and use the lift to the various levels as swipe access didn’t work to the block entrance. Fantastic location, just a few snags to be sorted and you would be getting 10/10 rating

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The apartment is really nice and it was really nice to have extra space unlike a hotel room. Towel quality could improve. The only think I didn’t enjoy was the area. Budapest is so easy to get around that I could book a room some other area cleaner and quieter. But overall I had a fantastic time!
