The boys forgot to put water in room

We really wanted to love FuRama - but upon reflection once home we are still feeling disappointed. 1. Our cards were stolen from our room (resulting in a loss of $3000 AUD and 3 cancelled cards on day 2 of our 10 day holiday!!!!). Be careful with your belongings - the waiver at check in is sadly there for a reason :-( 2. Service at reception and the pool was painfully slow and underwhelming. 3. Worst thing we did was eat at the restaurant - always extremely slow - one night we were there at 5, ordered early (and were the only ones there) as we still aaited 2 hours for the kids meals. It's an excellent location and the rooms are large and have everything a family will need (but they are tired). Won't rush back sadly. Disappointing

Very happy with our stay

This hotel is big and we found it a bit noisy. The bridges across the swimming pool where very hard to get your suitcases across. You have to walk across them from reception to get a lift up to the rooms. Not very well designed. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff are very nice.

We love this hotel. We feel safe and well accommodated in this hotel. We love that it is beachfront and a lot of activities to do around the area. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the balcony of our unit. This is a great choice for families that want to be in one unit but have separate rooms and beds. The staff are superb and kind. Very hospitable staff and accommodating.

I love staying here and have for many years. Twice so far this year. I am however very disappointed. I paid for 2 extra nights so I can arrive early and my room be ready. This didn't happen. Also I requested on a few occasions 2 king bed. Didnt happen. The pool area has a loose tile, which I slipped and tripped over resulting in a broken toe, my nail being ripped off and losing a huge chunk of skin. Very disappointing trip this time. Apart from thay, its a great place to stay at. Hopefully when Im back in November its a better experience.

Great kids play centre up near the restaurant, costs aprox $10 a day per kid. I did request a nanny for a few hours during my stay when booking and we discussed it via messages but when we arrived they said no nanny’s were available (would have been good to know this before arriving so I could find a private one rather then the hotel one), kids pool area was great although the tiles were very slippery. Breaky was fantastic, great location to beach/cafes

The hotel was in the perfect location. We enjoyed the beach and businesses around the hotel.

We booked a two bedroom suite for four people, however the bedrooms have glass doors / one full glass wall which means you do not have any privacy. This was disappointing as the photos on the website show the glass as frosted. The hotel is tired and requires a lot of maintenance. The location is great though. Close to nice restaurants and many beach bars.

Best beach front hotel in Bali for the money. A little dated but location and kids facilities make up for it. Heaps of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Can’t do enough for you.

Stayed in the incredible penthouse, very fancy. Some Balinese quirks to the bathroom (privacy blind rather than a wall/screen). But amazing area outside to take in the view and relax. Comfy beds, 2 kings and 2 singles. Our family of 6 enjoyed the space and luxury that we could never afford in Perth. Family also loved the breakfast every morning, not experiencing that before they did not tire of such a large choice every morning. Staff were amazing, pool a lot of fun for the kids and large enough to accommodate many ppl but was never crowded (late May). Restaurant was great, cocktails probably the only complaint, 180k!(2for1 at happy hr) 50k at happy hour a couple of doors down. Would’ve appreciated a quiet time between 10pm-7am as had some neighbours very noisy around 6am and sometimes midnight. And fireworks woke me up a few times but still highly recommend this hotel!

Great place suited our needs

It an out dated property. Very old and need major maintenance and upgradation.

The whole property has changed so much needs a upgrade unfortunately but the staff are still friendly

Our accommodation was ample in size, we had issues with black water coming out of bathroom and kichenette taps and took 24 hrs to rectify, room service plates left outside took 24 to remove. Management didn't offer anything. It was ok but will look at other resorts next time.

It is quite a nice place but looks tired, The room we had was right next to entry walkway and was very noise every night when people came back into the complex. This is not the hotels problem that people are so rude and don't care about other people who are trying to sleep. I also found that the streets are very narrow around this area and it is har to walk around and look at shops.

In general the hotel is really good, the only thing I didn't like, the suit I booked for Double bed, what i found if two single beds pushed together to make one double bed which is really bad, because you cant sleep in the middle anyway because of the beds edges, double means double not sticking two single beds together, however I will definitely book again with this hotel, location is amazing.

Property bit run down they doing constant work to maintain it, pool was being rejuvenated when we were there so there was no pool. There website wasn’t very clear about there being no pool. They did let us use an alternate pool about 10 minutes walk down the road which was ok but a little annoying. We’ve stayed here before so the rooms are quite good and spacious.

Everything was okay except the internet, The Wi-Fi in my room was not working most of the time I informed the front desk twice as they fixed it but they didn't how my few are really need of internet you better make sure it works in your room.

Property is in a great spot opposite the beach with lots of great restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It was very clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and worked very hard to keep the place clean. The rooms were very nice and huge and had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and lounge room as well as a large balcony. Breakfast was nice, enough of a range to keep the family happy, eggs and omelettes cooked fresh for you. There is a great kids pool area for small kids. Downsides- people let fireworks off on the beach all night from when it gets dark until sometimes 4 in the morning and it woke us up every night. Our lounge was broken when we got there( it was old and had been fixed many times before judging by all the different screws in the bottom of it) and they came and tried to fix it but couldn’t and they took it away and never brought us another one. The pool isn’t one you can just relax in as you can’t stand up in there. Except for a small ledge on part of one side. And the spa area. Although they did have some noodles and floatation devices you could use. It was good enough for the price we paid but I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

The hotel is under HEAVY construction. The staff are fantastic but when you wake up to drilling just above your head every morning it’s a little rediculous. They should not be renting out these room. You wake up to an earthquake everyday

I booked this hotel for 3 nights we stayed 1 The place is dirty Doors didn’t lock we had a woman walk into our room mistaking it for hers using her key not mine and being able to get in The showers didn’t run Fire works being let off People arguing outside our rooms at all hours of the night Aircon didn’t work I wouldn’t stay here Again Location is perfect but hotel needs a major overhaul

Property facilities are good.

The staff were helpful. What wasn’t helpful was my Studio Apartment was one of a number that face the Pool. From 7-00am til late music booms from breakfast bar/ restaurant. On my last morning I was looking to a lie in but no, at 7am loud atonal synthesised temple music blared forth with bass vibrations to my room. If that wasn’t bad enough I had to ring reception to ask to turn the loud music off at 10-15pm. There was no one in the restaurant. I’d recommend people not to stay in these Studio Apartments. You get a King bed, a 2 seater lounge and 2 Poofs and a low coffee table. There is no cutlery or dishes available. There is tea making facilities but no coffee. A small round table with two chairs would mean customers could enjoy a snack or a take away meal. These rooms are very basic. Considering I paid approx $100 pn it wasn’t good value. My other concerns were that the shower has no front screen so water floods the floor and makes for slippery tiles. Get up in the night for a pee and go back to bed with wet feet. Also the sliding doors of the apartment didn’t close properly-insects found an easy opening. Also thehotel needs to put shade cover around the pool. It was stinking hot there last week and once you came out of the water there’s no cooler spot to sit. Overall the hotel is run down and hopefully some repair work will be done soon. If I had to stay there again I’d want a room at the back of the property away from the restaurant.

The staff was awesome

My 4 yr old loves the kids water play area. The hotel is rundown, pool has no steps if your older and tiles falling off. Room only cleaned twice out of 6 nights only after I asked them too. Disappointed stay, but the 4 yr old loves the kids area. I will not stay here again.

Perfect spot for some R&R.

Bathroom very small, and limited housekeeping. Noisy pool area, full of kids. More suited to young families than middle aged couples like ourselves.
