My main issue with the stay at Centro Yas was the fact that the Reception and all Customer Restaurant and Bar facilities were closed and boarded off for renovation work. I had previously received an email on 6th November regarding the Reception being closed, but no mention of the other facilities.
I had to walk across to the nearby Rotana to check in, and the staff were very apologetic, but this was something that had clearly been planned for a while and more detail could have been provided.
Having arrived at the hotel at around 9pm, I then had to wander around the other hotels on Yas to find myself somewhere to eat!
The staff were all as helpful as possible, but it was a bad start to my trip.

Decent and very clean hotel, with a great location placement for easy reach of all the sights on Yas Island. Also very close to the airport.
Nice sized rooms and very friendly and helpfull staff.
The breakfast buffet was very well stocked, and it is hard to find anything missing in terms of good selection.

Well first the lobby is hot, yes it is hot there in the summer, but the lobby has poor air conditioning, second one of their "amenities" is the Deli to get a snack of drink.... it was closed all three days. The room had water bottles, but they were ward so I wanted ice, no ice machines and charged 30 ($10 USD) for ice in my room, no lotion in the bathroom, the iron doesn't even have steam option or a water opening for steam (probably cheapest iron ever made) & the bed is not comfortable. $500 USD for t3 nights. Not cheap, but cheap services and quality ... do not recommend.

Booked a twin room for 2 adults and 1 child. There was no extra bed on arrival. This was requested and provided at no extra cost. Original booking said corner room with pool view. There was no pool view. Staff informed pool side rooms are smaller so the room given was better for 3. Enjoyed the pool, was quiet and warm. You can get discount in some other restaurants on yas if you let them know room number where you are staying. Would stay there again.

I arrived during the largest floods in decades in Abu Dhabi, and the hotel was overbooked. However, the manager sorted out a stay next door at Staybridge Suites for me very quickly and helped me move my luggage and move in there. The area is convenient for the airport and trips within Abu Dhabi and to Dubai, but since I didn't end up staying at Centro, I cannot comment on the facilities. The staff were very helpful in a difficult situation that arose due to a weather emergency.

Comfortable hotel located minutes drive form Yas Mall and the theme parks on Yas Island. Modern, clean and affordable. Only gripe was the AC struggled to go below 20c.

Beautiful property. I was only there one night but the staff were wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities ie iron, ironing board, comfy bedding, kettle station etc. There was nothing I had to call the front desk for.

An amazing property in an exclusive settings. I am definitely going back for a longer stay. Amazing what could be built in the desert if you have cheap energy resources. Cheap energy is essential to create prosperity.

I spent almost 3 hours on the phone and messaging (live chat) attempting to change my check-in date for 3 rooms, because my client's flight was delayed by 1 day. I was never able to change the check-in date, therefore I was charged the full price of the 3 rooms - and ended up staying at another hotel because of the service.
Centro Yas Island reservation desk was not reachable, unless you contacted the restaurant reservations and asked them to transfer you.
This was highly frustrating and would not recommend for this reason. I have no idea what the property was like, since I was never able to check-in at the hotel.

Good rooms, and decent breakfast. But the bar was closed and evening restaurant too - you have to go to the hotel next door. I was surprised by how noisy it is being located close to the F1 track.

Room was fine, with good bed and pillows. Bathroom requires some update/servicing. Personnel is kind and provides good service. Breakfast was fine with sufficient variety. At one night very early they started outside with a leave blower, disturbing the night. The prices were very high around Adipec exhibition and did not even include breakfast. Good location at Yas Plaza with sufficient restaurants and bars. Overall a good score.

Not the best stay, our room looked good but after unpacking our bags we found some insects; however, the staff were very friendly and helpful and apologized for the inconvenience, moreover they moved us to another room.
The 2nd room was not that clean and smelled bad (humid) also the headboard was smaller than the bed so one of the wall mounted lights was sleeping next to us!! Very inconvenient! Of course they would have changed the room if we had told them but we decided to keep it since we already unpacked!
The breakfast buffet was just fine

This is my second staying in parallel from last week, all are good and i have tried the room dining, guys don’t miss biryani its one of the best if not the best, also there was an issue with upgraded room and customer service team changed it by my request to have the previous exact room
