Hotel is located on a large piece of land with good parking. The building is however not on par with places like Hyatt. The heat in the room does not work. The water faucets either have very low pressure or now water at all. The rooms are however very visually appealing especially the bathrooms.Breakfast is good but I was charged extra for an extra person. I dont mind getting charged but i was not given a receipt and I have a feeling that the staff kept that money for themselves. The building appeared virtually empty and it does not appear that they get lot of guests.

Excellent and very supportive staff. Kudos to that.
The ambiance and interior is also excellent, the only thing that needs improvement is better maintenance of plumbing, telephone, TV, Wifi etc. For all those I had to call people to get it fixed.

Hotel taxi services Mohinder Taxi try to over charge me twice once by £10 long distance £20-30. I learnt most hotel managers or owners will send you a car if they can over charge you. The last couple day the prices were increasing every day we stopped using the hotel taxi services and suprices all complimentary were and services was getting poor and poor every request we made. Its all about commition and how mush they can rip you of. We covered roughly over 1.500klm in hired taxi services. Only good thing was GYm and instructors knew his job. Think Expedia should check hotel before recommending them .

My wife & I stayed here for 10 days, we had excellent time here, both food and service were excellent, staff very smart, informative & helpful. The location was wonderful and peaceful. I & my family will definitely book this hotel again.

I would have stayed longer and I would have enjoyed my stay much better if we didn't have a problem with the internet for over 12 hours and because of the winter the pool was closed. In addition to that be aware that on Mondays nothing really works in the leisure of the hotel - no Gym either!

In our 3 week stay in India consisting of Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Delhi and Jaipur, this has been by far the cheapest and best hotel. The grounds are huge, the gym is good, the food is well priced and tastes amazing. So good we came back again. The manager is amazing.

Nice room, spacious, clean and neat, nice air conditioning. Gr8 place for sports enthusiasts with 2 squash courts, excellent pool, billiards, badminton courts , large gymnasium . Breakfast and staff not up to the mark of the property in itself - there is a mismatch. Overall a good comfortable place.

A new property and doesnt feel like Ludhiana when you are there. . .a bit away from the city . . but then distance is not a major issue in the city. . . .they can add on more resort services to be included in the room tariff. . .good stay !
