This stay was while we were traveling so we wanted cleanliness and quiet and we got both. All of our expectations were met.

We had a room at the end of the ground floor which was convenient to take our dog out the end door and avoid the lobby. There were nice grassy areas for the dog. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the awesome shower! It was walk-in and roomy, so no contending with a shower curtain or sliding doors, and a great shower head and strong water flow. The bathroom had a big counter and seemed so roomy. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was just okay. Lady at desk was friendly, helpful and answered questions in a pleasant way. Getting on and off the freeway was a breeze too.

We needed a place to sleep at the end of busy days moving college kids into their apartments in Rexburg. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, property was quiet, and the location right off the highway was convenient. The bathroom was very clean and stocked with extra towels. Water pressure in the shower was good. We did not use any of the amenities or stay for breakfast, but the breakfast selection looked decent. The exercise room was small but had sufficient for a good workout. We got back to our hotel too late to use the equipment (closes at 10 pm), but it appeared new and in good condition. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and available.

Overall it's a nice place with friendly & helpful staff. Nice bright front lobby & breakfast area. Our room was mostly clean & bed comfortable. Just a couple of items in room that needed attention - shower was clean yet there was what looked like rust around bottom edges & corners of shower (shower only, no tub). Hooks on wall outside shower were loose. It looks like they are possibly in the process of renovating shower because sheetrock plaster was uneven & little hooks for towel were not attached securely. The other thing is that the hallways to the rooms on each floor are very dimly lit. It just didn't give a good feeling walking down the halls because of that but otherwise it was fine. Breakfast was fine. We arrived late in the evening after a very long drive & were too tired to go out in nearby town to get food yet we hadn't eaten since breakfast. It was nice that they had a selection of frozen & refrigerated foods available in the lobby (for purchase) that could be heated up in our room.

We enjoyed this hotel! Very clean room, comfy beds, super friendly staff, great breakfast with many choices and the lady taking care of the breakfast did a great job! So convenient right off the freeway, but a quiet area. Would absolutely stay here again. Oh and warm cookies each afternoon too!

The hotel was in great condition with very comfy beds and tastefully decorated room. My only issue was the bathroom. Old tub with ugly caulking. Bathroom was sadly overlooked.

The staff was super friendly and offered suggestions for places for us to grab dinner. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast in the morning was included and they had a great selection.

The whole staff was amazing. Traveling across the country with the family and ended up spending a second night. We are currently staying at another Sleep Inn because of our great experience in Idaho Falls.

The girl at the counter was super kind!! When we got to our room it was very warm and we could not get the air to turn on. We called down and she was going to have us change rooms. While she was figuring where to move us we realized the previous guest had unplugged the unit. Once we plugged it in everything was great.

first room located next to Electrical /Room and heard low thumping sounds during the night. Second stay room located on back side of hotel for a much quieter room. Very nice place to stay.
