Nice and quiet

Room assigned was somewhat in repair, huge patch on ceiling that somewhat not finished or poorly repaired. Staffs were somewhat incompetent to verify before making decision. My stay almost got checked out a day early bc they found keys same number as mine left at the front desk, while actually I still having my keys with me. My daughter found a staff member in my DO NOT DISTURB room collecting my belonging and I assumed they going to checked me out. Confronted the front desk staff they did not offer any apology and insisted that I checked out bc they found keys at front desk.

Food left in the freezer; chicken and burritos? Sticky food chunks on table in room, pubic hair in tub and floor, dirty comforter.

My husband and I liked our room and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast. The staff was very nice when asking questions or needing towels to use at the swimming pool. We liked that Culver’s Restaurant was walking distance from our motel to have supper after checking in.

We stayed here a couple years ago, and they’ve definitely made some improvements since then. The pool area has been updated, and I’m almost certain the room bathrooms have been updated, too. Everything was clean and functional, and the front desk staff was very friendly. There is also a decent continental breakfast.

Perfect for one night stay

It needs some updates and it smells really old. The room smelled like an animal was in there and I specifically asked if there were animals allowed in the room due to my allergies and the attendant said No. There were a lot of spiders and spider webs. The bathroom was clean and the towels were clean.

I checked in at 4:40pm. I booked and paid for 2 rooms but one of my rooms were not cleaned. I left went out for 2 hours came back my second room was not cleaned. I went back to front desk again thats when the guy at the front desk sent someone from house keeping to the room. The room was not ready until almost 8pm. The white comforters on the beds had stains on them; on both beds. The mini refrigerator would not get cold. No working ice machines on second level. The rooms had a funny smell. I voiced my concerns with front desk he really didn't care at all. Staff and customer service sucks there. The indoor pool had white substance floating inside the pool both days I stayed there. So that lets me know they dont clean the pool daily. The bathroom door did not lock in the room. The floor smelled like pets been in the room, this hotel was terrible please don't waste your money.. I wish I had pictures to post..

Super disappointed in Comfort Inn and Suites!!! This hotel location is definitely NOT worth $100 a night. I would not stay at this particular property again EVER. The property is in disrepair, and rooms are very dirty! When we checked in, they put us in a room that was under construction. Exposed wires and furniture moved. They were very rude and didn't care at all. They did move us to a "new" room, but someone apparently tried to break into that room. I took pictures of the messed up door. They also told us breakfast would be from 6a-10a but put all food away at 9am and were rude about it. All while the employees sat and ate the breakfast and didn't even hide that fact. Name badges clearly displayed. I've traveled all over, and this was the strangest thing I've ever seen. The people that own and run this hotel must know that their staff have no customer service skills and are stealing food. Or maybe the owner knows and there is an even bigger problem with this franchise. One young cleaning person named "Nancy" was extremely rude and condescending. I am positive that isn't her name, but she should have NO contact with customers. I wouldn't stay here again if someone paid me!

Someone opened our door at 10am when we had a do not disturb sign on...came in and flipped on the light. Very upsetting and embarrassing due to the situation.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Desk clerk was very helpful. My only criticism is that the beds are too high for short people with arthritis. I had to back up against it, give a little hop and shove against the wall with my foot to get in bed!

Broken key cards — they didn’t work for the pool or the gym— the night manager informed me they had spoken to day management regarding the issue — day management was gone from the front desk for over 20 minutes as I stood there waiting, then took a phone call as I continued waiting (LOL) and then argued with me and told me my key card DID work for the gym (smh)

Gravy the first morning was cold soup. Room was a terrible smell

We were forced to checkout prematurely due to safety issues. The smoke detector in our room was missing and the elevator was not working. We were told the owner was out of the country and they couldn’t do anything about the safety issues. We have stayed several times previously and I must say the place is on the down hill slide. NEVER AGAIN.

Clean, friendly staff.

It was a decent to stay. So noisy all night, the police should have been called for guests disturbing others until 2-3 am. The heater made a racket even time the fan came on. the tv volume was stuck on very loud so we couldn’t watch that without bothering others. There was a hole in the curtains that had to be covered by a pillow to block out our from outside. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom was great. Continental breakfast was standard fare.

The TV didn't work and the bathroom door would never stay open - had to put a trash can in it just to air out the steam after a shower.

Horrible horrible water pressure. Would not stay there again because of that reason alone!! Could barely get the soap off your body let alone your hair.

It's a Comfort Inn so average property. A bit smelly. But bed sheets were white and clean. Front desk staff was really friendly and great service from them. A little out of town which I preferred so was quiet.

Nothing special, just s place to lay your head for the night.
