If you leave something behind don’t expect to get it back. Either housekeeping throws it away, keeps it for themselves or someone in the office/front desk takes it for themselves. Don’t expect a call back from General Manager either after leaving a message about the forgotten item. Can’t leave a message with front desk because their mailbox is full.

This hotel was convenient to the areas we visited. The room was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional.

We stayed here 2 years ago and it was much better. The property did not seem nearly as clean. It felt dirty and the pool smelled so strongly of chlorine which is a dead giveaway of a dirty pool area. We had 2 rooms and for the price we paid, neither were worth it. There are a variety of hotels in the area of similar or better price point. Next time we will try one of those. I will say, the breakfast was awesome as Holiday Inn breakfasts generally are. We enjoyed that. The rest of the stay though, mediocre.

This is a family friendly place, for us it is very centrAl and close to many areas near Seattle. 20 min away from downtown and major tourist attractions.
There is a great variety of choices for the continental breakfast and they restock constantly. The pool is decent for a relaxing moment. The rooms are up to date.
This is a great stop every time we come to shop and enjoy our time in Seattle.
It may not be a 4-5 star hotel; but it has all the amenities and features that you need during your stay.

Such a great hotel, clean, great friendly staff, good "hotel" breakfast with lots of selection; times are rough 6AM - 9AM on weekdays but I get it. The location to Seattle is awesome, only 30 min max drive to most of the tourist attractions and also great location in Lynnwood for restaurants etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel slightly dated, but convenient location. Close to food, shopping and entertainment.

Cons- couldn’t cool the room due to the loud ac/fan unit. Couldn’t sleep with the noise.
Room was next to ice machine, so can hear people using it.
Single slow Elevator.
We had the sign for “do not disturb” sign, but housekeeper came in 1.5 hrs before checkout to try to clean. Came into room after knocking.
Ice cold pool. Really hard to stay swim in it for longer than 10 min.
Overall good, but price is elevated for a 3* hotel.
This is our 2nd stay in the past few years. Everything is the same.

First time staying here and enjoyed the property very much! No issues with no noise, neighbors or staff. Parking is free, deposit is only $50 and if you’re lucky you can catch cookies in the lobby! Pool is decent, didn’t get a chance to check out the gym. Beds were comfortable and pillows weren’t so soft or so hard had the right balance. I get migraines frequently and pillows can sometimes trigger them but not during this stay. I would only ask for softer quality towels as they are pretty rough

We had a hide a bed in our room for a third person. It was not suitable for sleeping on. Had to ask for a cot that was no better. The hotel should change the beds to ones that are comfortable.

About an hour after our evening arrival, we became aware that the toilet was not flushing and the water level was continuing to climb. Phoned the front desk twice before answer. The man on the line replied "Ill see what I can do on my end" and then hung up the phone without even taking our room number. We could not use the toilet for the night and no one ever followed up in the morning.
The pool was an ice-cold 59 degrees, and people were popping literal bottles of champagne in the water leading to unruly behaviour. We ended up checking out after one night and finding a new hotel that could offer us a working bathroom for the over 250$ this non working room cost us for the night.

Decent hotel, few negative experiences.
1 - we tried to check in at 5:30 but the “room was not ready yet” so we had to come back in “30-45 minutes” - no apologies or sorry for inconvenience given - guy working front desk that seemed to be in charge was indifferent and not personable.
2 - we requested a crib when booking, hotel messaged and said they added the request - no crib when we arrived so we asked front desk (same guy from above) and he said he would have one brought up right away, we watched as he returned back to his phone and surprise surprise no crib ever made it to the room
Hate to rate a place off one employee but when they impact your stay so much it’s only fair. He was not friendly, impatient and not what you would want at a front desk.

The property is relatively new, but I couldn’t get the air conditioning unit to work properly and when the sun beat it down on the side of the building, it got a little unbearable. I wouldn’t recommend room 404.

Staff was very helpful, we had needed a crib and they brought one up to us asap. Room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

We waited an hour and 15 minutes to get into our room. They called 4 hours before check in to see when we were going to arrive and I said at 3. How hard is it to have a room ready? Finally got checked in and went to the room and keys weren’t activated. They did refund us $40 but seriously, how difficult is it to make sure rooms are ready. Breakfast was mediocre. Overflowing garbage cans.
