Staff were nice and welcoming. The room was clean, bed were large. I didn’t like the design of the bathroom door. It was a sliding door. It didn’t really allow for privacy while using the bathroom. The bistro was extremely underwhelming. It was called a restaurant, but it just seemed like it would be premade food that’s reheated. It definitely shouldn’t be called a restaurant. We ended up ordering food. Fortunately there are TONS of food options around. Overall it was a great stay.

There were some things that were great, like the complimentary breakfast and the convenience. Also, the front desk staff was friendly when we were checking in. Unfortunately, there were more bad things than good about our stay. We were hosting a birthday party at the hotel and I was embarrassed by the stained and dirty furniture. The pull-out sofa beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The mattresses were so thin that you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on top of the couch cushions to make it bearable.The hotel was very noisy. The wheeled chairs and ottomans in the room were ideal for children to ride back and forth from one end of the room to the other, which was so loud and went on all evening in the unit above our room. We tried to call the front desk multiple times, the phone just rang and rang and nobody ever answered and I could not leave my children alone to go to the front desk. I will add that the carpet throughout the hotel was also stained and looked dirty. I would not go to this hotel again and I would be hesitant to book a room at The Hampton Inn at all.

Everything was good. We stay when we have medical appointments. Will continue to stay approximately once a month. We enjoy staying in the bedroom suites. No complaints whatsoever!

I love staying here. It’s convenient for my needs when we have a “girls weekend”. However, it seems that we are being nickeled and dimed now. $10 for parking for each car (at least 2 cars), and $5 for basic internet for checking emails, news, etc. If you want to do more on-line, you need to pay more. As I said, I like the facility, but I probably won’t be back since I can get the same quality room in the area for the same prince WITHOUT the added charges,

Great place; spacious rooms, helpful staff, small hot tub, clean pool, small gym. The only inconvenient is the noise coming from the rooms above. If you book a room make sure to get the top floor.

Significant change since pre COVID. Pay parking now, change in happy hour, signs re booking 24 hours in advance for housekeeping.

The room was sprayed with a lot of pine scent. Had to leave the window open. Do you do this to all the rooms? The pillows were way too soft. I think you need to change your pillows.
