Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is close train station and tram stop. We Ike the secure parking on site and restaurants close by.

Hotel is in ideal location with just a short walk to the trams of Sydney Rd or the Moreland train station, both with easy and quick access to the City. There is a reasonably secure car park. I had a ground floor room which saved having to use any stairs. The room was small but adequate with a good shower and a comfortable bed.

For the price it’s excellent, obviously if you are looking for 5 star you pay 5 star prices. This place has good secure parking, rooms and beds etc are all ok.

The room was comfortable with plenty of space, large bathroom and clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Receptionist was excellent & very welcoming, professional & helpful. Check in was very easy. We needed some transport Myki cards & didn't know where close by to purchase them. Receptionist to the rescue & had some available for purchase. The property is close to Sydney Road trams. Parking was plentiful at the property, which was secured at night. Although the hotel is a little dated, our first floor room was spacious & had a balcony which faced on Moreland Rd. We thought the traffic & trams would be noisy inside but it wasn't. The bathroom was good, the shower facilities was very good. We found the room spacious, clean & a comfortable bed. Our only suggestion would be an ice cube tray in the freezer. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Melbourne. Proximity to public transport, restaurants & specialty shops is excellent.

Overall okay place to stay

A good option if you’re on a budget.

Very convenient location and at a reasonable price, the room was clean and although it is on a main road I found it to be very quiet in my room. Reception was very welcoming and the property seemed very secure. Would I stay again? Absolutely!
