Check in was easy, plenty of parking available.
Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning being on a timer and turning off in the middle of the night, which made for an uncomfortable night as we like to sleep on the cooler side.
To any one staying with kids be very careful with them in the shower, the temperature fluctuates quite rapidly, I left in the morning with large red marks as the shower turned boiling hot on me resulting in large red welts on my chest and stomach, so please keep a close eye on your child because I would never want a child to get burnt.

Sadly there is visible mould in the bathroom. Some is old and not removable unless a deep clean. But there is fresh mould on the ceilings

It was clean and semi-renovated, although not at the standard I would usually expect from an Ibis Styles hotel. I chose this based on other times I’ve stayed in Ibis in other cities and was left down by the smell of mould/damp in the room, torn and stained sheets, heavy mould in areas of the bathroom (which was not renovated like the room itself). Staff were lovely, well trained, and hospitable.

Large, clean and comfortable room. Dinning options are just a short drive away if you want to try something other that what the motel has to offer. The dividing strip that blocks a right hand turn at the exits of the property are a bit annoying and might be something that the property can work with the local council on opening up.

After a gruelling day, just wanted to relax and watch some tv. NO channels or recetion on TV. Called reception on telephone. Could not advise what to do. Went down to reception, staff member came to room. Could not fix. Offerwd no alternative. I had to ask if we could move to another room. Advised there would be no heating. 0 degrees outside. Shower dangerous.

Very Under staffed at reception & dining/bar in evenings. 2 Staff tried but a lot of bookings/ check-in, dinner etc. For the price of king room would have expected foxtel/netflix etc. Wont stay again..over priced, not offering much.

**Terrible** I booked a Superior Room, checked in and tried to take a shower, Water would go boiling hot, then freezing cold and couldn't shower. Went back to reception to be told, they don't have any maintenance people onsite and they can change me to a Standard Room, So I had to have a Standard Room at the Price of Superior room which I paid for, asked if I get any sort of refund to be told No, you booked thru Hotels.com so We won't give any refund or anything. Very Rude staff and poor quality Hotel

The room was ok, but the bathrooms are very dark & old and needs updating.
We decided to have a buffet breakfast, we paid for it, then before we sat down the lady come over and said they would be packing up in ten minutes. It would have been nice if they told us when we enquired & paid, that breakfast was about to close!

The hotel was very quiet on arrival. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
The first room we were given was on the ground floor under a stair well. It smelt very smokey and we were unable to get good ventilation into this room. We returned to the front desk and were given an upstairs room. It was so much better, clean, comfortable and bright
This large hotel was almost empty on a Sunday night so I do not understand why we were given the first room. We had booked many weeks earlier..
