Would have liked sheet on my bed not mattress protector.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were polite and always willing to help and the location was walking distance to the shopping mall

It had a nice pool, but the water was quite cold.

The room was good, but the service staff should be more professional. No towels, no cash return, no personal atmosphere.

Wow ! This was our third hotel during a tour of Morocco. For the price point it’s amaZing. Very dark rooms and great AC unlike some of the others we stayed in . Downstairs had a very boutique like feel thestaff were friendly and helpful

My check-in took 30 minutes for some reason before they gave me a room key that wouldn't work and then moved me to another room that had the door wide open. Not sure if it had been cleaned thoroughly. TV and minifridge didn't work. The shower was a sad, little dribble. But it was easy to access the train station and the AC and wifi worked. Fine for one night but don't expect much.

In need of complete renovation. Heard everything from adjoining rooms. Exposed electrical wiring. TV did not work.

I stayed one night before a flight to Paris. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The lighting in the room was completely inadequate to read. The noise produced by other guests in adjoining rooms and of street sounds was easily audible until late at night. I would not choose this hotel again.

Le personel a la reception, restauration et Housekeeping sont tres gentils et tres professionel . Par contre l agent de maintenance n est pas competant et ne prend pas au serieux les reclamations du client et ne fait aucun effort pour resoudre le probleme.

THe room was above the News cafe which was pretty noisy - however lockdown meant at least it stopped at 2230 - which was a blessing otherwise you would not sleep at all. I was so impressed with this hotel, excellent value for money, fabulous staff, facilities were great with restaurant and cafe attached. The breakfast was worth getting up for and the pool was sweet. I had such a lovely time - this hotel is a bit special and in a great location. There are some nice bars around if you like a drink, just ask the reception. Really nice hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful. Overall, a good stay. Location was convenient.

location was good. the pool and the rooms were clean. My room was by the street and it was noisy, need better ac. The breakfast I did not enjoy.

Loved the location of this hotel, it’s decor, room size, breakfast & sun trap! Hotel advertises rooms come with a hairdryer, there was no hairdryer & when I asked for one I was told to bring it back to reception after I had used it that day....erm I’m on holiday it’s hot I’m washing & drying my hair everyday...? The bathroom let’s the rooms down massively, the rooms are so nice & well decorated but the bathroom is dated & our shower door was broken. It would be quick to bring it up to standard but as it is, it really lets the room down. In saying that I would book here again it was not enough to put me off!

Great hotel. Only problems were Hairdryer was broken, only allowed 2 towels and a robe between 3 of us. Other than that it was nice. Exactly what we paid for.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Love the breakfast - especially the hot food. The chef would come out and make sure you were happy with your breakfast. The hotel restaurant is also very good and the vibe of the restaurant is very chill. Overall really enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a different hotel the first 2 days of my trip and hated the hotel and when we came to Lawrence d’Arabie it made the trip so much better

There were two more guys that helped outside getting us taxis but forgot their names ! Anyways the breakfast of this hotel is TO DIE FOR ! Their breakfast was served so early and stayed until 10ish which is amazing ! You won’t be disappointed in terms of breakfast ! Overall the service was amazing ! A few bits and bobs but you can’t have it all perfect can you ! The rooms are clean and really big! Just needs more lights ! The hotel is in a very nice area where lots of food places are in walking distance and taxis always are around ! Now I would like to mention one more name but this time it’ gotta be someone I received the worst ever SERVICE ! His name was Hisham and really people like him shouldn’t be serving and working at hotels ! He has a temper when I asked for lamps for my room and said “I am too tired” well I don’t give a damn care coz I just landed and needed some MORE light in my room ! Anyways he was not helpful and unbelievably rude ! Other than having a bad service on the first night, the other colleague Hakim made it better by getting us lamps and changing our room the next day ! So grateful ! Good service staff are what make the best hotel even if it’s uncomfortable staying in, but having a good staff around helps providing good service ! Thank you Hakim and the rest of them

We stayed at this hotel for a family holiday. The hotel was close to the airport - only 10 minute drive in a taxi. It is also centrally located within walkable distance to the main attractions. The reception staff (Eshan, Hanan, Hakim and Mohammed) were helpful. A special thanks to Hakim who took care of our needs promptly. He also kindly arranged a taxi for our return journey to the airport. The breakfast was good. The staff at the breakfast area were friendly.A special thanks to Fatima Sara who was taking care of the room service. She provided useful information about the city, its attractions, transport and shopping.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. 5 min drive from the souk. 10 walk to Gueliz. 5 min walk to the bus and train station.

This was my second stay in this lovely welcoming hotel. The staff are kind helpful and very professional. The facilities and location excellent. Please note that there is a cafe next door that plays very loud music - this i has become a real issue with both the hotel and local residents - so if you wish for a quieter stay ask for a room away from the cafe. I was put in room 209 right above the cafe and then asked to move which was dealt with with no fuss or bother and had a much quieter stay. The lobby area and pool side are very relaxing to sit in and a great way to start and end the day. A great choice of yummy breakfast in the very beautifully designed eating area which includes the pool side. A lot of local cafes and restaurants to eat in and near the train station. The hop on off bus is at the end of the road so easy to access the whole city from there. A very enjoyable stay and I would recommend and visit again. Job well done.

Their Hamam Spa was outstanding as well as their staff. Great place to stay. Very nice people and very professional. They did take a good care of us, I will go back again.
