Check-in went very smoothly, with no hiccups. The room looked good overall, not the cleanest but suitable. Checked like I always do for bedbugs, no issues there. Dust clothes were left in the room, and clearly, the vacuum was leaving things behind. The bathroom was clean, but the shower, while nice had dirty grout, filled with mildew. The worst part was the first night, I got up to go to the bathroom at 3:30 am, and across the floor ran a German cockroach. They moved us to a new room, inspected that one, and settled in for the night because everything else was sold out. With that said, there were baby roaches in that room.
The property manager wanted to give a 50% refund. I asked for a full refund. He refused and stated that he had to charge a $30/ night cleaning fee plus tax.

The cleanness of the hotel and rooms were not good. My room was not cleaned the sheets have a large stain, someone shoes were left in a chair. Bugs on the floor. I asked for the bed to be changed and the receptionist just give me sheets to change the bed. The following morning woke up to no power.

Weren't able to find a room in Valdosta so drove to Thomasville for this BW. Friendly checkin, room was clean and beds comfy. Served it's purpose.

The hotel was just okay. The a/c in the room needs to be serviced, it was spewing mist throughout the room making bedding damp. Bed was hard, blankets were old and thin. Room wasn’t filthy, but wasn’t “clean”. Trash left in the room from the guests before. Hand prints and toothpaste splatters on the mirror. Probably wouldn’t stay again, unless it was our only option.

First, I want to say that the staff was great! They were very professional and welcoming! All greeted and/or acknowledged me.
Now, the hotel needs to be renovated badly and deep cleaned. Instantly when you walk in the elevator, it was dirty and the inspection card had expired by months. Upon entering the second floor you could smell the carpet or a mildew odor. The carpet in the room also had the same odor. Walked into the room and there was stained furniture. The joined room door had masking tape on it as if it was there to hold the wood together. The bathtub, shower walls, and the shower head was dirty/mildewed. On the other hand after inspection of the bed, it was very clean.

After trying 3 rooms, the finally settled in a 3rd one, a "suite". It was a bit cleaner than the 2 other rooms but, after 30 minutes of clean up because of the filth, we finally asked for a refund and checked out. We ended up staying at the Hampton Inn that is clean with comfortable mattresses.
The Best Western Plus (i can only imagine the standards of a Best Western NON-Plus) must be avoided at all cost. When we first arrived, we noticed an almost empty parking lot... it stands a reason.
I understood from the front desk person that major upgrades were supposed to begin next month. The owners should 1) close the hotel, 2) make the repairs, and then 3) reopen.

Finally got into a partially clean room!
Rooms were expensive for the type of condition it's in.

The air conditioning in this hotel is not really good. The fridge doesn't work,very old microwave and no usb ports for chargers. Staff is very nice but I will not stay here again.

Decor very plain, no directions for shower regulation, a bit time worn, upholstered chair dirty looking, shower tile in need of bleaching. Staff were very nice, couldn’t have been more accommodating . A bit overpriced.

The desk clerk was very nice both during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but there are signs of wear and tear. The tv is a little small. It’s 32 in but the picture is probably more 24 in. And cable is the only option..no streaming services. All metal in the bathroom has rust which can be visually displeasing. And lastly the air is controlled by the window unit which wasn’t a huge deal. I just hated having to walk so far to change the temp. The rooms are quiet though and I barely heard anyone. I would stay again.

The whole staff here was so friendly and committed to making sure my stay was pleasant and that I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. I like the fact that there was a shower instead of a tub from a safety standpoint and because it offers more room. The breakfast was more than what you could ask for and prevented me from having to stop for breakfast elsewhere. There was protein (eggs and a different meat each morning), biscuits and an excellent gravy, waffles, juice, and coffee. Room was cool and quiet. I felt safe in this area and found ample dining opportunities nearby in this nice town.

The staff at this BW was amazing!! They were short staffed when we came to visit for my graduation, however, you would NEVER know it. They were all so helpful. The building was very clean, room was comfortable, and staff was so kind. :)

The first room we were in was hot and gross with roaches everywhere and live silverfish scurrying about in the restroom. Even the room smelled stale. I complained to the front desk and got a room change. This one was much better with working AC, but I still felt like it was outdated and desperately needed a renovation. Breakfast was ok. Employees were kind and friendly. Overall its a 3 star hotel.

The entry, lobby, breakfast area, and parking lot were well maintained and convenient. The room was very nice as were the toiletries. I would rent the room again just for the walk-in shower! It was by far the best shower I've ever had in any hotel!

We did have a bug issues in our room. We saw maybe three bugs with our time of being at the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. It was easy to check in and everyone was so helpful and sweet.

Parking in front and rear seems safe - nice lobby and very pleasant staff. Chair in room was very stained and hairdryer was dirty and sticky. Could not turn off noisy fan in bathroom and heavy bath door was a nuisance as well as bathroom light that went on as soon as you walked in. Closet very small with awkward sliding doors. Bedside tables did not have lamps with charging plugs - you had to move heavy nightstand to get to wall plug. The bed was okay - best thing was an excellent shower.

Drove a little farther and spent a little than wanted for a indoor pool. However it was broken. Staff didn't seem to care, it was a big oh well. Everything else was good.
