The service desk lady was very nice and helpful. We had three separate reservations, even having to change rooms on the second day - it all went pretty smoothly, thanks to her. The staff has always been very accommodating of our grandsons staying with us. (Which is why we were there - to watch over them while our son got work done while his wife was away for a family outing). The pool area was great, the breakfast was great - if it wasn't for the lack of a/c in places, it all would have been great! It's a great location, especially for us, since our son lives just down the street. The indoor pool is wonderful - our grandsons really love when we visit, especially during the winter! We've had some problems, but the manager and staff are always right on top of things to make things better. They are renovating, so we expected lots of noise, but was happy to not have too much (even though we were there from Saturday through Wednesday). I was a little put off that we were not offered waters, as I usually got? But, luckily, we had brought our own big bottle so we survived. Overall, I guess I should say we'd stay here again - especially since we're already booked for a res in two weeks!

The staff did not contact us about gas leak, i happen to be headed out to vape and heard another guest tell me.... not very good service from staff with the lack of communication

Good location, decent breakfast choices, safe area, decent room, good gym, decent indoor pool. Great AC for the summer. Just note that the beds are on the firmer side. I can hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around. It sounded like there were kids jumping around so thats no fault of the hotel. I would only suggest fans for the gym and maybe a egg crate topper if a guest likes softer beds. Also, a small paper saying the breakfast and gym hours.

The mattress in #109 needs replacing

Our 2-night stay in Hampton Inn Folsom was very good. The hotel is immaculate - I was surprised several times to see someone with a spray bottle of cleaner walking around looking for marks on the floor or walls. Breakfast was better than I had expected; waffle station, hot eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereals, breads, good coffee. The gym was very well equipped and looked into the pool indoor area. Room was not overly spacious, but dd accomodate two queen beds. Decent bathrooms with good amenities. Close to Highway 50 and the upscale Palladio shopping mall. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy access.

Booked room in advance. Ended up right next the elevator, aka noisy. People in next room had what sounded like 8 kids inside. Running, screaming, crying, etc. A/C couldn't handle the heat outside, so room never really got cool. Not the absolute worst hotel experience, but bad enough to very unlikely ever stay there again.

Everything about my stay was amazing, and Max at the front desk, was so helpful and kind to me! Max is an asset to your hotel !! I would stay here again, thank you, Karen

Great Stay

Our room wasn’t made up after the first night. Not a big deal, but when I asked for towels we only got bath towels. We had zero hand and face towels. The breakfast variety and freshness was very good.
