The rooms were specious and clean. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The hotel staff provided Thansgiving dinner for the guest and hotel staff.

I stayed for a 3 days and 4 nights and had a perfectly quiet stay. I had helpful tips and conversation from Jessica. Super accommodating and breakfast was one of the best. Book your stay and enjoy!

We've stayed at this hotel several times and was always pleased with our overall stay. This time though was slightly displeasing. First of all, the extra pillow in the closet didnt have a cover and was stained on both sides (gross). Second, the shower door made an irritating noise everytime it was slid closed and likely due to the hinge that was no longer screwed in place. Third, there was broken pieces off the furniture. But lastly, my nephew spotted a dead roach in the light fixture. I know it was dead, but usually when there's one...there's more. Not sure I'll be choosing this hotel again for my next stay in Folsom.

Fabulous, spacious, roomy & super comfortable room & bed. Best continental breakfast I’ve had with homemade salsa & pico de gallo. Will definitely stay here again.

Room 431 is a nice unit and spacious with all the amenities. However, the toilet was backing up every flush. I notified front desk and the Red Head Female didn’t seem too concerned and offered to have maintenance come the following day when I was scheduled to check out. I asked if she could provide a plunger and she said yes and could come down to front desk to pick it up. I mentioned I had a broken toe and if could please bring the plunger to my room…she said, she would “make a one time exception”. I’ll let who reads this make a judgement on her response.

We were unable to secure an early check-in, despite calling very early. The sofa bed was broken, rendering both the bed and the sofa uncomfortable. The staff were reasonably empathetic, but unable to fix the problem due to occupancy and not having a roll-away cot, and no price adjustment was made. The sofa bed was required, there were 5 of us.
The chaise lounge portion had something nasty spilled under the cushion.
The actual beds were fine. Breakfast was typical.

Staffs are friendly, area is safe and there is a lot of parking spots available around the hotel. It is not fancy hotel, but very clean and spacious rooms dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave in the room. I recommend Staybridge Suit!

Best experience ever. Good breakfast. Nice clean beautiful room. I love that there’s air in the bathroom circulating, so it doesn’t get so steamy and hot. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and so was the sofa. We had a great stay with awesome friendly staff. My only complaint was only 3 bath towels in the bathroom and a called for extra towels, but the guy who answered at the front desk may have forgotten or something because it took about an hour and a half before someone came up with the towels and we had already gotten them from housekeeping that was on our floor.

We would definitely stay here again. There were some minor maintenance issues but nothing that would keep us from wanting to stay. The breakfast options were plentiful, but hot food was very bland. The pool is well kept and towels always stocked. Housekeeping ladies were always so joyful in doing their job, laughing and quietly singing along to their music. It's a bit inconvenient to get out of the parking lot, there's a center island preventing you from turning left which is the direction to get out of the shopping center area. So you have to go up the road and turn around in order to leave. The room was spacious, kitchen stocked with all supplies we could need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows! The staff were professional and pleasant. We considered it a great value for our money.

Hotel has all the basics. Rooms are spacious. Getting a little outdated maybe, but not an issue for us. (For example, has older TV / no smart TV/Netflix and a few other such things)
