Very nice hotel, well ran. Friendly staff and clean room. Bed was comfortable

Staff was friendly and courteous.

The breakfast sausage patties were nicely browned, which they usually aren’t in most places we stay.

Great rate Nice area, personnel awesome , good breakfast, great location Room- smelled as if it had been smoked in before. Carpet needed replaced. Had what looked like tobacco spit on the wall behind the trash can.

Staff on duty in the evening and the one on duty the next morning, very unfriendly! No customer service skills whatsoever. Evening staff on her phone hiding in the kitchen when we arrived around 5 pm. i just happened to walk in and see her, she noted there was a bell i could ring for service, but i didn't ring the bell because there was a sign saying management was helping someone else and would be right back, so why would I ring the bell. Next morning manager did not acknowledge anyone, just reading a book in the kitchen. Also food has gone downhill. I stayed here a lot when my parents were in sunny hills and i would come visit (2007-2012) Breakfast was good then, but now, powder eggs, no taste bacon and milk that seemed possibly powder milk. i could see they remodeled the hotel and perhaps that's where they were saving money. Our floor in our room was saturated wet and we think it was from the AC. Told staff nobody came up to check, but the AC did work well.

Room was very clean and comfortable except that the carpet was badly damaged near the bathroom and should’ve been replaced (room 219). Other than that, everything was perfect than the front desk lady (an older woman) was wonderful.

The price was reasonable. Would have been nice to have a few free bottles of water as other hotels have. Seems there was a water leak at some point and our room smelt very musty. Almost couldn’t stay in room due to breathing issues. Hope that gets resolved soon for other future guests.

I recently stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Decatur and had a fantastic experience. The room was very comfortable and inviting, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was also terrific – friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure I had a great stay. While the breakfast wasn't the most extensive, it did offer a good variety of options to fuel up for the day. The staff was friendly and kept things stocked. Overall, I would highly recommend the Baymont by Wyndham Decatur to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in the area. The combination of comfy rooms, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast makes it a great choice!

Beautiful hotel, large rooms

stay here each time we come to Rhome to race.

Easy to reach from highway. Parking lot lighting is bright such that I didn’t worry about having a catalytic converter stollen. Excellent value. Staff was hard to find but I arrived at11pm. Under some construction…baseboards missing in lobby and hallways. Good breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Our favorite place to stay in Decatur. Close to Sweetie Pie’s Steak House- within walking distance. Perfect to get on hwy 287 to continue our trip.

This hotel is consistently good, they are doing a remodel so the appearance inside is a little discordant at this time. Good staff and proper attention to requests.

Front desk was friendly. Property and room were exceptionally clean. Room & bed were great with fluffy pillows. Shower was hot and so was breakfast!! Will definitely stay here again.

Check-in was simple from my phone and my keys were waiting for me when i arrived. The room is beautiful and clean, and the bed was comfortable! Our stay was excellent.

The free parking is great! Nice to not have to pay extra for a non-living entity that doesn't dirty the showers, mess up the bed, etc... I also appreciate having the safe in the room.

Rooms were quiet and comfortable; eating choices within close vicinity and easy to get to without having to get back on the highway.
