We were very pleased with the room and the Hotel. was clean and quit. I recommend this hotel.
Parking is free but finding parking was terrible. We were late arrival and too many vehicles took up two spots.

I booked a room using my iPhone on hotel.com. I checked to see if dogs were allowed on the property. On my iPhone, there was no mention of this motel being pet friendly or pet unfriendly. I assumed that this motel was pet friendly so I booked a room. At the front desk, the receptionist said this motel was not pet friendly and she refused to give me a refund. I showed the receptionist my iPhone and there was nothing on the property amenities stating pet unfriendly motel. She said I needed to look further under frequently asked questions to get the answers to no pets allowed at this motel. She refused a refund. I called the motel manager in the morning and she refused my refund also. I lodged a complaint with hotels.com about getting my refund and I have not heard back from them.

I liked the area and location, especially the trees on the side and out back like your in the country. Loved the room too. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The only thing I wished you had like other hotels provide is the flavored creamers (CoffeMate-Dairy Free) for our coffee.

Very nice place, beds were super comfy. I liked that the fan could stay running all night. The only thing I didn’t like were the crickets in the bathroom in our room, but I also understand you can’t really do much to control that but I hate bugs!

I was attending a religious convention in Denton. This hotel was some what close and eliminated a lot of travel time. The hotel is fairly news and clean. Staff was polite. Rooms are not cleaned everyday. Clean towels available at front desk. My fridge did not work, it kept cutting off. No stores or restaurants near hotel. A gas station is across street. However the street is very busy, no stop light. A small pool is on site. Free Breakfast, coffee and tea available in the Lobby. Very convenient. Bed was comfortable, quiet surroundings. :)

I made the reservation for a King bed, non-accessible room. When we arrived they were overbooked and did not have the room we reserved. They downgraded us into an ‘accessible’ room with a TV that had no connection and the remote would not work.
The toilet and towels had pubic hair on them. The toilet did not flush and the manager would not make it right since the reservation was booked on “hotels.com”.
We were treated like step-children since we used your service instead of booking directly through them.

The bedroom could have been cleaner. I sulfates two nights. The bed was not made up before the second night or vacuumed. The receptionist was exceptional.

This hotel had great customer service and a comfortable bed. The pool is on the small side and the breakfast was seriously lacking; most of the food was cold and gross. The room was overall pretty clean except the bathroom; there was hairs in the bathtub from the previous guests.
