The check in process was easy and the attendant was very friendly and professional. The room was really comfortable and the hotel was nice overall. The room wasn't the cleanest as there was hair several places in the bathroom and there were clipped toenails in the bathroom floor. Also the rooms next door on either side had people coming and going from the room constantly and the doors left open. It was odd...

Stopped to sleep on our way to Mrytle Beach. What a great value! Very nice staff, and the hotel seemed a little old. However, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great find for a very reasonable price.

The first room we were in smelled like mold but the front desk clerk put us in a better room at no extra charge. She was polite and understanding. The hotel itself is a no frills but a functional place to stay. We needed a place to stay after a long drive from Myrtle beach and the price was decent for what we got. Overall pretty decent value which included breakfast

The incredible staff, great breakfast, and clean room will definitely bring us back here the next time we visit Richmond. So glad we found this jewel. There are lots of great dining options within 5 miles. Bed was very comfy. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Room did not have enough sheets for the pull out bed, housekeeping came and didnt replace our comforter so we didn’t have blankets on either bed. Broken toilet paper dispenser, smelly musty A/C unit, only one towel available for showering. Just really lacking amenities it should consider standard.

We really enjoyed this property. First of all, extremely pleasant staff. We checked in at 1 am and were so tired. The gentleman at the front desk was so welcoming. We rented 2 rooms and they were both incredibly large and clean. Not a single complaint or even smallest dislike of anything. I have not eaten a hotel breakfast in years because free usually means yuck, but this 1 was excellent.

We had a two nights stay on a business trip. Hotels is absolutely perfect service great . Breakfast was excellent will be back again next year. I know when I’m looking for a hotel I always read these reviews first trust me this is one you would like staying in it it’s a nice place.
