It was close to our son
I had to clean around the bathroom mirror, it was gross. The rug had several dark stains. The constant loud highway noise kept us awake. Breakfast was so so.

The facility in the common areas were clean. The pool was in pretty good shape except I believe the pump was off and the heater was not heating the water properly though.
The breakfast was very bland, and there were a lot of people with little seating.there are signs asking we not bring food to our room.. that made things a bit uncomfortable.

The location was good and the breakfast was pretty good. It would have been better wirh grits.
I hated that my rooms weren't ready after 3. We had to wait about 30 or 40 minutes, and the rooms were on 2 different floors at first until they found another one on the same floor. My fridge wasn't getting cold. The picture showed a room with a stove but i never saw that in the hotel. Also the pillows were uncomfortable.

the breakfast was not very good. most everything was out and we had to keep asking the person at the front desk for everything since the girl in the kitchen area couldn’t speak English. everyone was very nice they just didn’t stay on top of it very well.

We were leaving early and breakfast wasn’t ready. Thee girl was setting up and she was very nice and made us serve ourselves with what was already out. It was very much appreciated.

Indoor swimming pool. My granddaughter loved that she could swim even though it was cold outside.
The pool had lots of older, unsupervised kids. They were doing cannonballs and splashing lots of water. I know they were having fun, it's Spring break however there were younger kids there who were afraid of all the activity.
