Great location. Check-in was excellent - prompt, very friendly staff, allowed into our room 1.5hr early. Room had an empty 'complimentary water' bottle, and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods but no milk. Room is a little small but good value

Nice hotel in a nice city. Staff were friendly and helpful. First time out of the US and had a few learning curves for the whole eu culture. Hotel was conveniently located and very clean. It is starting to show its age and needs some updating, but would stay again.

Long wait times at reception desk. Room was generally dusty and required light refurbishment. Bathroom was small and more of a wet room. Great location; handy for many of the tourist sites and transport links.

Great hotel for a stay in Oslo. If your out all day and using for a base. No frills but clean and nice helpful staff. Near centre and waterfront. No need for taxis. Can walk from station straight off airport train

For a superior room it was small with 1 queen bed. The view said city, when in reality it looked right into another hotel. Check in was slow.

It was a great location and the staff were great...the room very nice and shower was wonderful too. If or when we come back to Oslo....would for sure stay there againg!!

Great place to stay in the centre of Oslo. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. I had a room with a balcony on the 7th floor which was wonderful.
The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection and made a great start to the day.
I will definitely return to the Park Inn when I am next in Oslo.

Check in was fast and simple, staff polite, quite clean, well located, but so hot could not sleep. Changed rooms .. still to hot with window open and snow on the groung.

I stayed in Room 504, one can’t know the temperature of room- how much it was, just a round button for cooling or warming which doesn’t seem changing the room temperature. Also door lock was not working at all from inside. Too much noise coming from vehicles whole night as the room given was almost on the road.

Fantastic central location, you can walk anywhere, to all major sights, big very comfortable bed, hot shower, great breakfast with Norwegian delights - smoked salmon, creamy cheese, meats, and berry juice. Great choice for a weekend in Oslo.

The location was very walkable to many of Oslo’s sites. We were able to walk to everything on our list! They did a great job of putting convinces in the room. There were outlets and USB ports on each nightstand and you could turn off some or all of the lights in the room from both the nightstand and exit door. No going around turning off lights. Full length mirror was also a helpful touch.

The room was clean and the location great. Unfortunately I had to call twice to the front desk complaining about the AC, they just gave me a small fan. Very disappointed.
