Odor from pipes in bathroom toilet and sink

Good Price. We were on second floor and the breakfast room in on Third floor and we kept hearing walking steps in our room as we were sleeping. The street is a bit loud. The bed comfy. Our room was small and the water is not really hot hot but Okay. Nice Fridge and Microwave in there. The carpet is dirty and 100 years old.

The experience was pretty good when we arrived the hotel lobby was brightly lit and clean. Our room was clean and organized the fridge was cold enough to semi freeze the water bottle.

This hotel was perfect for the one night we stayed after going to horror night at Universal Studios. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. They have a small workout room, hot breakfast and parking garage. It was about a 20 minute drive/uber ride to Universal Studios.

Unbearably noisy. Located at a traffic light, with paper thin windows. AC rumble is so loud I couldn't hear the road noise. Couldn't sleep either. Room door had open gaps in the corner, toilet was clogged, corridor carpet was filthy. What are reviews rating it excellent. I should never have gone there.

The service at this location was great. We were welcomed with great kindness and constantly greeted.
Check-in and check-out were both easy.
The cleanliness was acceptable but it could definitely be cleaner. Shower head had a lot of build up and did not drain well. The complimentary toiletries were a miss, the bar soap had black stuff on it. Found a little friend in the bathroom, thankfully dead but none the less.
Bed was okay, top comforter was very pilled and we did find a dead spider smashed into the main sheet.
AC was blessing but you could tell the smell that looms in the room is probably from it’s use over time.
Microwave and mini fridge were super clean and fridge actually made/kept stuff cold.
Not too bad in a pinch. Would not mind it if the price point wasn’t comparable to other, big name, hotels in the area. But it was just about the same price and I wish i did the research beforehand.

I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Burbank Airport Inn. The customer service was excellent, and the hotel itself was well-maintained and comfortable. I really liked the accommodations and amenities. However, I did feel a bit uneasy about the surrounding area, especially if we had needed to walk or use public transportation. Thankfully, we were driving, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a great place to stay if you're traveling by car.

Did not feel safe staying at this location. A man tried to sneak into the hotel during our check in process and the front desk clerk tried to stop him and they were arguing by the elevator and he would not leave. Although the staff was nice and accommodating, we were on our toes the rest of the night.

This hotel gave another guest a key to our room. At 12:30 am we were awoken by a man who opened our door with a key, turned on the light, and proceeded to enter. My 12 year old was terrified. The man quickly left as if he had not expected anyone in the room. A few minutes later the front desk called to ask why we were in room 225 and what my came was. I told him I was a guest, gave him my name l, and he barked back that he thought we were in Room 330. I told him we were checked into room 225 and confirmed on my keycard. I went back to sleep. After 1 am, I was awoken a third time by the front desk calling again to ask my name again. They were not friendly. It kept me from sleeping the rest of the night. In the morning, at checkout, I told the clerk what happened and her only response was “we don’t have a room 330”. Avoid this place. They are indifferent to their unsafe practices.

The people who work here are all very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good every morning. However the Best Western Burbank airport Inn, it is nowhere near airport in fact it really in a bad part of town. I gave overall 4 star because the people,cleanliness but location leaves a lot to be desired.

The hotel was fine and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside is that the hotel location has large homeless population who are sitting or lying on sidewalks. However hotel has an off the street parking garage and we never had to walk on street or sidewalks near hotel. We came ane went from garage in our car.

My famuly stayed here to visit universal studios. The hotel is fine for the price, rooms are clean, hotel is a little dated but fine. The area around here is a little rough, but is fine if you arent hanging out here. Never once did I feel unsafe. What really left an impression was we had car trouble. Transmission gave out on my truck. I got my family home, but I stayed back to figure things out. Staff let me extend my stay 3 more days and allowed me transfer my things to a smaller room without having to wait for their 4pm check in time, which was nice. Found a shop to fix my truck and Ill be joining my family at home soon.
