Excellent facilities especially pool with slides, inside train service and very friendly and helpful staff and smooth check in and check out process. Strong recommend for family with small kids.

Amazing pools, lovely shop on site, great pizza place for take away or evening meals. Friendly staff and a little land train to take you around the site

great resort. a lot of activities for children. swimming pools, mini golf, mini club, sports. nice houses with everything in it. little problems with a lot of mosquitos, but all other things was great.

Superb accommodation. Great facilities. A short drive from some of the most magnificent places to visit. Verona 15 mins away. Venice just over an hour. Not my first time to go and won't be my last. Highly recommend to a family.

Easy check in with Expedia staff. We were pleased with the spacious accommodation although it was a long walk to the main facilities. The river side location is excellent for bike rides. The grounds are very clean, immaculate. Recommend this camp site for a visit to lake Garda.

A fantastic family holiday venue - although the size of the park may mean that you could be quite a distance from the main facilities depending on where your caravan is. We were staying in one of the brand new Eden chalets which was immaculate and well specified (although we would recommend that the parc starts providing chlorine packs for the hot tubs or the tubs will quickly become unusable) located in a quiet area but less than 5 minutes walk from the pool it was a perfect location. The lagoon pool and Olympic pool cater for all needs, I enjoyed lane swimming at 9 each morning in the 50m pool then the whole family could spend time in the lagoon pool, the water is very shallow so toddlers and youngsters can run about in it. There are great waterslides which kids all enjoyed. Good safety feature - the whole of this pool is lined with a non slip, soft rubberised surface so any falls are unlikely to be painful. A slippery version of it covers all of the slides too so no injuries there either!The shops/bars on site are good - slightly more expensive than if you go out but that's always to be expected. Bike hire also above average pricing but worthwhile.To get the best out of the park and local area you do need to have a car at your disposal so that you can drive to see more of what Garda has to offer (or even just to Lidl for your groceries ;-)

Charged extra for towels and linen despite paying same rate for 6 people (only 2 of us, plus toddler) and was supposed to be included. Kept altering closing times of pools, restaurants, supermarket without any notice resulting in lots of wasted trips and not being abe to use facilities we had paid for. Not interested in our complaints even though they admitted everything we said. Dirty room on arrival. Should have received a refund. Be warned. Very poor. Never again!

Site is large, clean and well organised. I stayed with my wife and two teenagers 14 & 17yrs. The teens thought the site would be great for a younger family with little for them. The restaurant is really good and bars ok (sports bar should have sport showing and not Peppa Pig and MTV). our caravan was clean and well maintained in a good spot near the pool. Some seemed a long way from the pool and these had a "train" to help. Entertainment aimed at children below 12yrs in my opinion but they are enthusiastic and try hard. Three Pools cater for babies, all around the lagoon and swimmers in the larger pool which is ideal at 1.2m deep across its length.

As a family of six we stayed at the campsite for three weeks in a three bedroom cabin, which was spacious enough for our needs. The cleaniness of the campsite both in all the facilities and the upkeep of the grounds was visible everyday, and should be congratulated. The staff both before and during our stay was excellent and made staff our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The campsite is well located and provides easy access throughout northern Italy, during our stay we visited Verona, Venice and a number of trips to Lake Garda. I would recommend the site to any family and would consider returning either next year or in future years.

We had really good time there. These mobile homes have everything you need except Television in the room. Flat screen TVs are much needed after you spent the whole day at the pool or by any water slide with your kids.

Altomincio was an amazing family park experience. The facilities were fantastic - rooms really well equipped and set up, there were fun pools and slides at the complex, lots of activities and fun and music for the children, and a grocery shop and other food outlets. The staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a wonderful time with our children and would both recommend it to a friend, and return ourselves if we had the opportunity.
