Shower was broken. set on sprinkle mode. Curtains stuck closed. Room was very cold and took approx 3 hours to warm up. All other aspects were good.

My father has ALS--wanted a night for my mental health while he had a caregiver for the night. Booked thru hotels.com and pre-paid. I live 20 mins from Wilson. When I got there the lady was rude! They do not accept locals and it's not her problem I wanted to be cheap. Amoung many other things. Called back to make sure I wasn't charged for it being cancelled asked for a manager and of course she said it was her. I booked one via the same app across the street at an even nicer hotel and had a wonderful stay. Never ever again!

First room could not lock door, they gave us another room. Water in bathroom sick seriously too hot, but also changed while using it in temp and force. We did ok but this water could burn someone especially a child

Booked this for my husband for an overnight. He got in like 1am. He said the breakfast was great, but the shower rod was loose for the curtain. Weirdly, I had an email from the hotel after I booked it saying they do not take guest from 30 miles away. I don’t understand what that’s all about. This hotel is on I 95 so that doesn’t make any sense at all. Someone explain!

Hotel shows its age a bit, but comfortable overall. AC was great, shower was great so those were big wins. Says it’s a smoke free facility, but the overwhelming stench of weed would beg to differ. Overall, I’d stay again and just hope there was different group of people staying at the same time.

Just a quick stop over on the way North. Easy access to the highway, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean, no problems.

Check in took 20 minutes. Long line amd clerk was very slow and never spoke unless you asked a question. There were flies in the room when we arrived. The floor was grimy and sticky. Our feet turned gray from walking on the floor. The bathtub was so small and narrow there was barely any flat spot to stand. Very slick and unsafe. Nothing was clean. Counter tops were wiped down but still had soap scum and sticky surface. The mattress was very old, soft, and lumpy. This place needs new management and rehabilitation.

One night stay during a longer trip. Was greeted promptly upon arrival. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a plus and the breakfast staff was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed overnight on my trip back to MD from FL. Making the reservation was easy and the overall hotel was clean. I first entered my room and it had a musty smell. I figured since I was only going to be there for a couple hours to sleep before hitting the road, it would be fine. I turned on the AC and ran out to grab some food. I returned to a dead roach and a cricket jumping. I killed the cricket and proceeded to let the front desk know. I stayed because I needed some sleep to finish my road trip. I slept, got up in the morning to nothing new roaming. Had breakfast, checked out and continued my road trip home.

I had 2 recent issues. The first being given a room that made my eyes burn from mold and mildew and overwhelming musty odor. I have never ever experienced a hotel room like this and now I know why.
Secondly, the AC unit broke and poured gallons upon gallons of water all of the bedroom area. I had to use every towel at my disposal to stem the glow of water. I can only imaging that this is a common occurrence at the hotel. The water in the floor and rug grows black mold and mildew…. Disgusting!!!
What’s wise is the front desk declined to credit me for this room. She did not care and knew that this was an ongoing issue. Why rent rooms to the public like that?

Desk clerk is absolute worst and just does not care about customers. I told her my room’s AC was not working and flooding my sleeping area and she said she knew and to “ have a blessed day.” Never has this happen to me before. Imagine placing every towel in the bathroom and using it to try and soak up the stream of water. Not only that, but waking up during the night and having to wade through it with bare feet!

Room had bugs everywhere!! It was disgusting. My wife couldn’t even sleep in the bed. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we booked the room through a 3rd party and had no one to talk to about it. Would definitely NOT stay here again

The room itself appeared very clean as did the lobby and all the amenities. However, the second floor hallway floor needs some work, there are several large stains on the carpet and the flooring beneath us at least one spot where it is soft and could trip someone. Otherwise the facility is quite nice any the staff thus far has been friendly

We made an overnight stop at this hotel on our drive to Florida from New York. Unfortunately, the hotel lobby was noisy upon check in and the little league baseball players that had already checked in with their parents were running in the hallway and bouncing above us past midnight. The one very, very, very slow elevator needs improvements!

I was upset because the first thing i saw when i walked in was a roach. Then was switch to a different room an then told i have to give that room up for a nother room. Then when i went online to get the room the price was 246...something like that but at check out i was charge 346.00 . Don't understand why so much. For some reason i was only charged one day an then when i checked out charge a nother day. Why wasn't i charged up front like normal. I wasn't happy. I honesty want a refund. Who do i contact for that

Been here before, but this time there were 2 little league baseball teams here. Only Friday night was very noisy till about 1030pm. The rest of the weekend was nice. Overall it’s a very nice place.

Traveled here for a baseball tournament. Had no issues with our room! Room was clean, beds clean, everything was clean. Now it’s very obvious the hotel is under renovation. Check in process was extremely smooth!
