The indoor pool was wonderful for the grandsons. The location was within walking distance for food and supplies.

Waited 10 minutes for the lobby staff to check us in. The jacuzzi tub/shower was in ruff shape and not very clean in our king room and dusty in the bathroom. Wall had pee or something on it. The double queen rooms bathroom was way too small and not the cleanest.

Bathroom was dirty and not Kaye's out in a reasonable way at all. Room furniture was not well maintained and carpets were dirty throughout hotel.

It was well lit and the staff was so nice and courteous

The bed wasn't my favorite. It wasn't the most comfortable but wasn't unbearable

Older building - vent over pool was dripping into the pool. There were no eggs or meat options with breakfast.

The bathroom was kinda nasty. The shower door opened into the shower so when you turned it on, you got wet lol. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor snoring. It was not updated but it was a place to sleep upon a 11pm arrival so we made it work. The staff was super nice! They provided coffee and a continental breakfast for those that want to take advantage of that. Would I stay here again, yes, to catch a few hours of sleep.

My room number was 119 on the first floor window locks were broken so the window couldn’t be locked the bathroom door way the paint was all chipping the bed was uneven and very uncomfortable the fan in the bathroom was full of dust the rate for that room was unacceptable I would like half my money back thanks

My biggest problem was the fact I paid sooo much for a room based off it having a jacuzzi/spa and run the water only to find out it DOES NOT work!!!! That’s the ONLY reason I booked that room. Very disappointed and ridiculous price!!
