Lovely staff

This is a boutique hotel tucked into a street of retail business. My room was surprisingly large for a European hotel. The bathroom is amazing. It has a lovely, large bathtub as well as a separate shower. The toilet is in a separate area in a literal water closet. Ellie, one of the front desk people, was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly helpful.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, wonderful bathroom. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Definately a place to return!

Second stay in this hotel. On our first stay we were charged twice and there was a lot of hassle to get the payment refunded. Still we wanted to give them a second chance and booked again. We always keep our hotel rooms tidy and easy for housekeeping to to clean. This was no exception. Tipped housekeeping on the first night and the result was good. Did not tip the second day which resulted in nothing getting done. They didn't even remove the trash and used glasses from our room. When I ordered drinks (Gin Tonic) in the reseption they insisted that they should bring them to my room although they were mixed and ready and I said wanted to take the drinks myself. For this they added a service charge of 5 % which is rediculous, since I wanted to take the drinks to the room myself. The hotel, from the elevator to the reception, is in dyer need of some upkeep. Lots of cracked tiles on the walls and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. When showering the whole bathroom floor gets wet, resulting in unnessecary use of fresh towels to dry it up and avoid water damage. Had a couple of hours to spare in Antwerp after check out, but since the hotel doesn't offer luggage storage we weren't able to make much of the time. Asked for a receipt at check out. Was told it would be sent to my e-mail. This was yesterday, and still no receipt. All in all, we wanted to give them a second chance, but was instead convinced we'd be better off staying elsewhere on our next stay in Antwerp.

Hotel is in a good location, about 10-15 minute walk from Grote Market and 5 minutes from main shopping street. Hotel is small but a lovely boutique style with comfortable rooms. Breakfast has a good choice, gluten free rolls provided, from 7-12.

So much nicer experience compared to big chain hotels. The room was stylish and unique. Great staff and a wonderful experience. Thank you, Julie and staff.

Liked: The staff here were so welcoming and friendly. The facilities were clean and very well decorated/presented. I loved the waterfall shower and didnt want to get out!Disliked: An option of a cooked breakfast would have been nice

The staff was absolutely wonderful and the location is excellent. The bed was superbly comfortable and the breakfast was good. On the negative side: the entrance is difficult to find; the room is really not great and the toilet location is weird.

Everything aspect of the stay was of excellent quality. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Staff, service, food, ambience and design were all outstanding

I wanted to share some disappointing news about my experience at the Hotel Les Nuits in Antwerp.There was a horrible smell of sewage in the lift , hallway and our roomAlso there was an issue with our shower and the drain and the entire bathroom flooded after a shower of less than 5 minutesThe location of hotel was great but everything else left much to be desired. If I had to do over I would not choose this hotel as it took away from our experience.

Not so great value for money. We had stayed there about 4 years ago but its gone down in quality. The rooms were small, there was no door on the shower and the sink was very uncomfortable. The decor was showing its age.

Large room & Good location

Great location, nice staff, excellent value for money - it’s in the floors above a shop so keep an eye out for the sign (we walked right by it)

Nice stay. Reception were very friendly and professionally dealt with every question / request asked. Would definitely stay here again.
