Only one pillow for a king size bed. No doors on the bathrooms. Only one towel per person for the bathroom. Many people live there permanently on the premises. Parking was tight and very limited.

Showe doesn’t work , leaking bathroom , smelly ac, ripped carped old bed ,, I ask a pump to drain the water in bathroom sink

this place was disgusting, shame on you Expidia! I based my decision on the pictures your website provided, I felt as if my life was in danger and me and my wife ended up sleeping in our car. I would like a refund or a credit with Expdia towards my next trip or my relationship with Expidia ends right here!

Did not stay here and should get my money back, I canceled with the owners of the hotel and still got charged.

That is the worst hotel hotel ever in my life, that i have stayed or visit, what is in the picture is not whatvthe rooms look like, they need to renovate the rooms all over. Towels smell, no clean, no good soap to wash, no cover protection on the bed. Carpet semell walls holes, that is not a good place for human to stay. Everything need to change.

I didn't even get to stay there. They literally cancelled my reservation once I got there. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

It was dirty and had roaches

The rooms were dirty and smelled of smoke. It was very loud outside with people playing their loud booming music. The tv did not work. When I talked to the owner he moved me to another room and that one wasn't much better. At least the tv worked. The hotel made me pay an extra $20 deposit and when I checked out he refused to refund my deposit because he said there was a $20 deposit for my service animal. I paid $250 for 2 nights and didn't get much sleep. This is one of those hotels that rent rooms weekly. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.

Hotel was just ok. Staff was friendly. But location was dated. Walls had just been repaired but not painted. Got the room with the jacuzzi tub. But only 2 very old towels were in the room. I went to the store to get towels and pillows for my stay. Bed was extremely hard.

Hot tub room, shower isn't realistic functional. No microwave, like shown in picture. Can't change volume on TV. Room walls had several patches

This motel was dirty and damaged. I hope I receive my refund soon and that the property manager wasn't just saying that to Expedia and myself.

Microwave didn't work.... Loud music every night from 11-2pm..... Cops came Sunday morning.... I would never take my family to stay here again.... No fresh towels every day and no cleaning the rooms....

This is a older place. The manager is a nice person. They keep it clean.

Felt totally unsafe. Door peep hole was not there ,hole filled with toilet tissue. Paint off on walls , no hair dryer...little bar soaps only...no body shampoo & hair shampoo....TV's did not work...paid for 2 nights.did not go back for second night ...worst experience ever !

Talk about cat fishing with the pictures on Expedia. Super sketchy residents living right next door to our room and throughout the complex. Any time we would walk out of our room we got nothing but glares. Made us so uneasy we decided to drive six hours back home that night instead of the next morning like planned. The room we were given looked like it was in the middle of being prepped for paint, every wall was polka dotted with patches. Graffiti tags on the furniture. The original selling point was the jacuzzi tub after a long car ride, which had some of the worst patch jobs I’ve seen. I’m glad we went with our gut feeling to leave this place.

Paid for 2 double beds but got only 1 king. Limited parking available not near my room. No towels provided for 2nd night.

The room didn't felt clean the Microwave and refrigerator was not cleaned or working. Bathroom was not cleaned. When checking out owner let himself into the room.

The passport inn whittier was one of the worst hotels that ive been to not a good place for anyone to go to except drug addicts everyone that was staying there was on drugs i did not feel safe there at all especially with my children..it was extremely dirty and smelly everything in there was old and broken and stained it was disgusting.i paid for a 2 night stay but didnt end up staying the 2 nights of how gross it was i couldnt cancel it or get refunded so wasted money booking there just a horrible experience and i wont ever go back nor will i recommend to anybody!!

Filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, the toilet leaks , the paint on the ceiling had pockets from leaks, shower head was rusted, red stains all over the tub walks ,bkack mold on shower curtain, dead roaches squished on walls, the bathroom door was warped, thick layer of animal fur all over the drapes, floor was very dirty

We didn’t even stay. We had ordered a big room that was supposed to have two queen size beds but, by the time that we arrived there we were told that they didn't have any rooms with two beds. I told them well “then why was I able to book a room that wasn't even available?”. I eventually said that guess it was fine because I was tired and my sciatica was acting up and I needed a place to lay down. After seeing the room we went back and asked if we have to still pay full price that the money that we paid should have at least covered the deposit and still be able to give us our money back but, they still made us pay the full price for one dirty dusty. The room was so disgusting you could hear and feel the dirt on the floor and every time you would inhale you could smell the dust as you walk around. We tried to make the best of it but it just got worse. I wanted to take a shower; dead roach on the wall, the tub was disgusting, the bottom of the tub that releases water was a part of a hose that you connect it was just trashy. We opened up the fridge. The worse stench I've ever smelt in my life we closed it right away. I wanted to lay on the bed but after everything else, I was too scared to get bitten by bed bugs.I'm not happy with how everything went I was in so much pain but still left.

Not the best neighborhood to stay in, lots of people hanging out in the parking lot like they live there and come out at night. Building felt dingy and run down. Window worker seemed like he hated to get up for service. Not worth the price. Would recommend somewhere a little further and more expensive for peace of mind
