The view of the snow capped mountains was stunning. Kitchen in the unit was great. Although the WiFi is free it is only 5GHz. Thus people with the usual 2.4 GHz WiFi were not able to connect. Parking near the unit was disorganised (no marked bays).

Room is spacious and the bathroom is very nice with heated floor and towel rack. However, the timer for the heated floor made very loud clicking sounds throughout the night. Otherwise it is a cozy little spot.

Nice accomodation in Franz Josef. Excellent dinner we had right next door. Brekkie next morning was ok at the cafes down the road. Easy driving distance to do the walk to view Franz Josef glacier, which was amazing!!

The property is in a great location and very central. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean. The only downside is there is no air-conditioning, only a portable fan and heating, which may be enough for this location, but on the day we arrived the room was quite warm
