Carpet in room was dirty and the hallway carpet needed cleaned or replaced. The stair carpet had large stains. The window guide was not fitted in place at the bottom. There was some mold on the bottom side of the tub shut off. Traffic was noisy as our room was next to interstate 70 and south service road.

Huge Room seemed cold with wood floors & no drapes. Several painting details were overlooked. Blue tape left on ceiling, by doorway & tear to wall in bathroom. Tub drain super slow.

Good: Employees were nice. Comfortable bed. New TV. Plenty of channels.
Bad: Walls are thin. Hotel next to noisy highway. Shower was rusty and dirty. Unable to bathe. Bed pillows were very small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not worth eating. None of the guests ate from it! That was a clue for me! IHOP and McDs is next door, so that was helpful. Staff was always outside smoking. If you’re short on cash and need a quick sleep spot, then it will be ok. But I won’t be back! You would think a Radisson would have more class!

Just an FYI, the bed is too high for a wheelchair user to transfer safely on their own. Not enough room around the bed for a wheelchair and towels are kept really high so would have been difficult for a wheelchair user to actually access the room well. Luckily that wasn't an issue for me but as someone who has lived with a wheelchair user the room needs some adjustments to be fully accessible.

The bathtub had a film on it like it hadnt been cleaned. Seen hair up the side of the wall in the shower. There was spit on the walls next to one of the beds.

The hotel in general is good. The hotel staff was great and very friendly! Breakfast was good. There is a pool, but no hot tub. The pool is warm which is nice! Our room was sufficient except for the bathroom. It needs updating and refreshing. This is an average hotel, but seemed to be well run.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. We needed a few extra items like pillows and blankets and had no problems getting them. The breakfast was good. Had items like eggs, biscuits and gravy etc. overall the room was very clean, just a few detail spots missed like a red mark on the door that was makeup or something, some little paper trash under the hid-a-bed. Not anything that should keep you from staying. We will definitely use them again if we are back in the area.

Expedia customer service booked us this hotel after we had a bad cockroach experience at the Days Inn down the road. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. The morning breakfast was a nice combination of hot and cold foods. The hotel has an indoor pool, is conveniently located off of the freeway and is right next door to a McDonalds. This hotel was a nice change from the Days Inn,

This was the second time our family stayed there and it was because of the people. The place felt like home and was very comfortable. When we didn’t have hot water, they fixed it. They were very gracious when we had to leave a day early because the soccer tournament ended sooner than expected. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Not only was this hotel clean and roomy, the staff was WONDERFUL! We felt so welcome! This hotel was also conveniently located, the breakfast was very nice, and the price was right. We will definitely be back!

Checkin staff was super friendly. Lighting in neighborhood was a bit poor. Bathroom tiwel rack had been broken and reinstalled but crudely done. Bath walls were smudged, dented, repairs were sub quality.Picture in grouping above desk was crooked and sealed to the wall that way.
