Could be better with refurbishing the toilets

Great value and parking

Service was really good. We had a problem with our room which the receptionist offered another room. The first room had broken vents which you could hear loud traffic and there was a draft. One of the curtains did not cover the whole window. The second room was better sound wise, but the bed was very uncomfortable it had a dip in the middle. Bathrooms are small, run down could do with an upgrade you can see black mould in the shower which we didn’t use. Could see the staff tried their best and did give us good service thank you.

I was not impressed with the overall cleanliness of my room and the hotel in general.
The bathroom was dirty and the carpet was in need of a deep clean.

You get what you pay for. Room cost me just £60 so didn’t expect too much. Bedding and towels were clean but decor could have done with a refresh due to lots of obvious wear and tear.

Easy parking and access to train station, carpal wall all knocked down and not safe, very dated room with lots of damage to parts of room, filthy carpet and poor shower and bathroom facilities, shame as outside looks great just needs bringing up to date, definitely not worth the price

Very basic room, not even bedside tables or lamps. Fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were tired and dated, mouldy shower curtain, clearly the bedding needed renewing, the whole room was long overdue a revamp, but the towels were clean, room was warm, and the bed was pretty large.
Overall, it was a place to lay your head for the night, and a reasonable price for the location.

The bathroom is tiny and needs renovation. It is situated on a busy roundabout and is very close to an ambulance so was quite noisy. The staff are nice and it has an elevator.

The bathroom was far too small. Renovations are badly needed to bring the place into the 21st century.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Generally clean but very dated so it could be perceived as durty but thats just wear and tear. The microwave isn't in the room but a shared kitchen on the ground floor which worked fine for us. The beds were very clean! We were happy they had a lift as we had heavy luggage and both my knees were injured.

It maybe not the cleanest of places I have stayed
But you could beat it for value and friendliness
It’s as every thing very close by
Shops pubs gym less then a 5 minute walk 6 minute walk to the underground station

For £214 per night we thought a clean shower cubicle and a lick of paint everywhere wouldn’t have come amiss , the bathroom had a leak so the bedroom carpet was wet, the bed had a ripped base and one light was not working

There was a needle on the bedside table, blood stained walls and everything was dirty or broken. Very disappointed.

Absolutely awful - how this hotel is listed on Hotels.com I have no idea. Filthy and unsafe. We checked out after 5 minutes of being in the room and found a premier inn a short drive away. Will be pushing for a full refund.

Friendly efficient staff. Convenient location and clean. Little bit of tlc would help a great deal, e.g curtains, paint touch up.

Hotel very basic and needs some TLC and cleaning, but it did the job for an overnight stay for the money paid. The staff were very friendly

1st room was disgusting, shower full of limescale bath taps full of limescale very unclean. Then i sat on the bed lifted the mattress to see the bed was completely broken. Complained through hotels.com and i was moved to another room, equally as bad as the 1st mould on window sills mould in the shower. Shower tempreture control didnt change no matter how much you moved the temperature control only scoldng hot. Out of 7 plug sockets ( 1 being used by the tv) only the 2 under the desk worked which meant getting down on your knees and climbing under the table to charge your phone. The tv didnt work due to the socket. A complete shambles of a hotel. Wanted to upload photos but the app won't let me i do have photos which back up what i say about this hotel

I have contacted Expedia for a refund for this as the room was inhabitable - dirty sheets, tissues on the floor and the ceiling looked like it would cave in

This property could do with some work like a fresh coat of paint, perhaps refurbished bathrooms too. Our room wasn't hoovered properly in several areas. For ataying one night, it wasnt bad, but in short, I could see why it was so cheap. The surrounding area was the best part.

Rarely have I stayed in a hotel like this. The best part of it was the reception area, that was the cleanest also. Check in was fine, we were told there was no breakfast provided, we could get a voucher for a nearby place at a 20% discount, we did not get any voucher. After checking in I went to the lift to take me to the 2nd floor with my baggage, as I stood on the work out flooring in the lift it was impossible to see what floor I was going to as none of the lights worked when you pressed any of the buttons. I got out on the first floor and carried my bags to the next floor via the stairs. My room had a double plus 2 single beds in it. It had a "not fresh" smell, the bathroom was tiny, the shower also. Not sure when it was cleaned properly and freshly painted last. I booked the hotel based on the pictures I saw on Hotels.Com, maybe I stayed in the part of the hotel that's on the list to be decorated because I did not see any of those places during my stay

Dirty carpets, dirty bedding, dirty bathroom appliances, old food items from previous user left in cupboard, surfaces sticky, woken by shouting and doors slamming. Staff were accommodating and removed said food item after we found it. Surrounding area is busy with a large roundabout in constant use, for the price payed and location close to Wembley it is adequate for a one night stay but needs improvement.

We had a family room and the main bed was huge and comfortable. Shower room was on the small side and looked like it was due some re-decoration. Everything was clean enough.
We were visiting London for a concert at the O2 Arena and the hotel was ideally placed to drive to and then catch the tube directly to the arena.

Pictures make it look cleaner than it is.
Dirty shower
Blood stains on bedding
Dust filled fan and wasn’t allowed to swap it for a working one
Barely any parking area with large broken wall of bricks taking up parking space.
Walls and ceiling looked like we were in a murder scene

Room was disgusting and had a bank card and money stolen from the room
3.0 / 10.0
Hotel was pretty bog standard, claims to be a b and b but it’s just a room and bathroom - no drinks available(not even water unless from the bathroom tap) or food. the rooms are all in need of tlc very out dated and furniture very old. Rooms were cleaned ok, beds are solid. The smell of fags come up into your rooms. Poor ventilation, rooms are very hot. It’s ok for somewhere to get your head down but i wouldn’t stay there again - we had to move rooms on the second night due to flies/nats/mosquitoes all in our room as the housekeeping came in to clean and left the light on so when we came back it was riddled with them.
