Having stayed at Hamptons on our way across the country, I have to rave about the scrambled eggs they served at breakfast! We were disppointed at the other Hamptons along the way who never served their eggs that way. The breakfast attendant (I apologize I forgot her name) was so sweet and gracious when I told her how much we liked those eggs. And, the facility is SPOTLESS!

On Expedia website stated a specific pet fee, when we arrived they said that was a mistake - actual rate was much higher and they would not honor the Expedia rate. I asked to speak with manager and was told the manager wasn't there.

First room smelled like "stale cigarettes". We were moved to another room that had some white stuff on the floor & tags on the nightstand. Bathroom seemed to have been cleaned so we just kept that room. Remote for TV didn't work but they promptly brought us one that did work.

Check in was distracted and not friendly. Room is old and worn, but okay enough. For the expense and what I typically find with Hampton it was not up to par.

Disappointed with the excessive fee for pets in the rooms. Especially compared to your competition as well as other Hampton-Hilton properties. And the Hilton family advertises welcoming pets.

This facility is understaffed at the front desk ! It took 1:45 minutes in line to get a door card by checking in at the front desk. There was a Men's conference in Liberal. I will never stay again at this location that's full of excuses.

The manager did not plan properly to accommodate the amount of check ins. Had to stand in line for 1 hour and 45 minutes

We reserved a nice king suite knowing we had over a 9 hour drive ahead of us and wanted comfortable accommodations upon arrival. I also want to add I've never been disappointed by Hampton Inn in the past.That is until now. At check-in there was no greeting by the front desk staff and I was met with cool indifference. I told her we had our dog with us and she informed me of a pet fee (not disclosed on Hotels.com's site); it was an exorbitant fee representing just shy of 70% of the room rate. When I questioned the amount of the fee her annoyed response was "Hilton requires this amount because it takes house keeping staff much longer to clean after pets, do you want the room?" I had to take the room because I had prepaid with Hotels.com. We're very conscientious and I don’t appreciate being treated like the lowest common denominator. The room, amenities, and breakfast were good, but both Hilton and Hotels.com have lost me as a customer. This was a very expensive lesson.

I called days in advance to make sure our stay was ready and was assured it was. We got there only to find they had trouble finding our reservation. The next morning our keys would not work as they had checked us out. What?!!! Our reservations were for 2 days. Went to the desk and they said, "No. Your reservation was for one day." So I went back upstairs to get our confirmation letter. Back downstairs. Back upstairs and our keys wouldn't work again. That night, there was heavy walking/pounding above our heads the ENTIRE night. Don't know if they were doing laundry there or what. The caulking was cracked around the tub and no soap available if using the tub for a bath. Won't stay there again unless it's free. ha! But . . . the bacon was good, although very greasy.

I love staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, but the check-in person was less than friendly. We had no soap in our room. The TV did not work and the front desk really could have cared less. Despite the fact that Expedia lists a pet fee is $50, we got charged $75. This hotel needs some work and I’m surprised that they charge the rate they charge for this hotel. It is not worth it!

I reserved a handicapped room and was disappointed to find that it had a tub shower and only one grab bar. There was a walk in shower but the room only had one king bed which didn’t work for us. The pool area had a fantastic handicapped shower but the tile floor was too slippery.

It was a great stay!! Staff was super friendly & the hotel was very clean! They had some awesome decorations up!!

I got charged $227 for a room that wasn’t what I paid for. And now they’re saying I can’t get a refund because I booked with Expedia.

Everything was very neat and clean but the staff was not very professional as they should be. Would stay over anytime again but would prefer that the staff tend more to the clients than themselves.
