THERE IS ESPECIALLY NOTHING TO LIKE WOULD NOT GO THERE AGAIN.

We booked this hotel last minute as we needed somewhere to stay. Booked at 23.50 but had an hour to travel. When we got there we had to ring a mobile number to gain entry, waited for host to let us in, was a little rude as to why we were there so late, booked us in room which was basic, Ned not the best felt like we were going to roll out of it. We paid for breakfast but could not see anywhere to get it. The restaurant area was a storage room. All in all it was dry, basic, but affordable and clean. Would I stay here again? Yes if there was no where else but wouldn’t rush back.

Where the pub is situated i did not realise that the hotels room are situated above a noisy pub which we stayed at friday night the 16th june and thw music was so loud i had to have the room television volume so loud over the top of the music and it did not go quiet until 3am and so if you want a quiet night or an early night sleep then this is not the place to go for that good night sleep as they play such loud music very good convenient links to transport and town centre though and everything being on your doorstep just a shame about the loud music the room was a lovely big clean room and very good size just the music and how late it went on til that let it down for me the rest was perfect.

Liked central location Utter disaster otherwise Needs to decide whether its a nightclub or hotel Disgraceful amount of music noise transmitting fully up 2 floors. No sleep possible at all until booming stopped at 0015 1st night . 2nd night bar to be open til 0100 am so didn't stay a second night People screaming, fighting and repeatedly swearing outside that transmitted straight up to the room not pleasant either .

The decor was okay but there was damage to the panels in the bathroom and dead flies in the light shade. Toiletries were provided which was a nice touch. It is a good location near eating places and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. A bit more attention to detail and it would be good place to stay.

Rooms are freezing breakfast was not cooked had to send it back and it was so small for the price we paid it was poor will not be returning to it

It was very reasonably priced with dinner included. Food was OK and while the place was a bit old fashioned it was clean

Kat is an amazing host very nice person and will help with anything you like.located in the heart of Sheerness and easy walking distance to shops and beach. Parking was not an issue as lots of free street parking. Furnishings were adequate for this picturesque old building. Don't expect 4/5 star rooms, but you won't be disappointed considering the cost of the rooms.Sheerness is ideally located for you to explore the Island of Sheppey which has some glorious sights and Nature parks.

The landlady /manager greeted me with a warm smile showed us around explained checking out procedures as I was leaving early next day. Highlight there was a band on in the attached pub.. Which of coarse was the reason for my stay. Room had been recently updated with very comfy beds... Clean and well presented.. Added little touches always a bonus. Tea, coffee, wash items and new towels.. Sounds normal but not always provided.. Bar was had warm and friendly staff felt well run. With the landlady over seeing everything.. Honestly if in Sheerness this hotel is worth a visit.. More I suspect for adults due to stairs etc but never less great, clean place to lay your head down.

Cant complain apart from some of the lights and bathroom light not working

Dirty and floors not vacuumed for ages. Room very very dated.

to many stairs our bedroom on top floor I phoned hotel to ask about what floor our was explained I cannot do stairs left my number but no one return my call on four in a bed rooms looked very nice but it seems to me that they only concerned with workmen staying there view from our window beer cans and dogends at least 3 months worth , yes I am a smoker

It’s closeness to all facilities. Town , beach , swimming pool , gym . Pubs and eateries.

The whole place is tired and the room was also - bit of a Faulty Towers with the emphasis on Faulty.The continental breakfast was very basic also - cereal and/or toast. The orange juice had been consumed by the previous 4 users and not replenished.It was cheap and all we needed for 1 night.

Very nice staff went above and beyond to help us when we needed it for a wedding when no taxis were available!!

The only good thing about the Hotel was the staff. Our room was situated at the very top of the stairs. There was well over 40 steps to climb. The floorboards in the bedroom creaked, the bedroom window was filthy. The duvet and pillows were thin and flimsy. The bathroom window had a massive hole and crack in it, sealed up. The bathroom window would not open, the bathroom door did not open fully due the the bathroom floor being warped. The bath towels were as thin as tea towels

Friendly helpfully staff and great location for the town centre.

Overall a good stay. The breakfast offered was ok but no water available to make a cup of tea or coffee or for the porridge pots provided! Pure orange juice rather than concentrated would have been better. No one on duty when leaving so had to leave key on reception desk, a key box would be an idea.

Was a great night slept like a baby breakfast was aersomr. I will stay again

Fantastic room the only problem was that we was told that a complementary breakfast was included which was great until the morning we found that there was only cereal which we was not expecting that, we was expecting a cooked breakfast

Visiting family one night stop over Been to Sheeness many times no time for entertainment.
