I liked what it had to offer for the price. Although the location wasn't applaudable and the premises does not look like what is shown in the pictures, its much worse.

This property and staff was amazing for the week I stayed there. The staff is very nice, everything I tried from the room service menu was very good. Breakfast in the morning is very good. When I am in the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

5th floor spa treatment was very wonderful and they are using real ayurveda oil by your choice. skill by japanese owner ,its quite nice and world standard .if you would like to relief your body and mind lets try spa!! thanks for their hospitality .

Great to stay here though little away from work place even few more branded hotels being available trying with Country Inn was worth.

Inside this hotel everything is good, but outside the hotel is quite messy such as dust on the roadside, chaos traffic and noisy horn sound.

Being a Carlson group hotel I expected much better. They were not aware of my reservation, No Towels in room, No Toiletries, Stinking room. I ordered Thai Curry and they called and said not available, a lot of dishes were unavailable.

Location is pathetic,staff was ok,room size was too small as per brand and rates,over all it was pathetic deal as compare to others available deals in the market on weekdays.Over all it was disaster and nightmare and total shocking.

Sultanpur was well worth the visit. But the hotel was very poor. On a busy road lined with car maintenance workshops and nothing in the area for tourists to do. Inside the hotel was dark and dingy, the rooftop pool was out of use, our room had opaque windows to hide the view of a high wall, and the food was not cheap and not nice. All in all an unpleasant stay.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and the experience was really good from every aspect. The staff at the front desk is courteous and made arrangement without fuss even as we checked-in early. I appreciate the courtesy extended by the Front Desk Manager, Mr. Pankaj Roy for his gesture.

The staff took care in preparing a customed omlete for me and served fresh squezed fruit juice and the best part was that the breakfast was included free in the Hotel Room Cost. The room was at least four star and the service was definetely five star.
The only negative I can say was that the location of the hotel was poor, however once you enter the Hotel Lobby, yoy would not know the difference.
I would definetely stay there again.
