The hotel is old an really needs a refresh. When we arrived at our room, we were really disappointed with the place. We wanted to go somewhere else. I went back to the reception to ask for a refund 5 minutes after having made the check in and they refused to give us back pur money. We did not have ant other choice than stay there. The people working at the reception where not nice at all and kept repeating that this was what we reserved The Internet has stopped working during a whole afternoon. This place is like an hotel in Cuba with all the inconveniences and none of the advantages: loud, no place to sut around the pool, overpriced restaurants, etc Do not rent a room there. Better stay in Pula and go to the beach during the day! Special thanks to the cleaning lady who was the only nice person that met out there.

We really enjoyed this stay as a family! You literally do not even have to leave the resort if you don’t want to .there’s so much to do and it was very nice. Our only downfall was the room ac was not as cold as we would have liked but that’s expected anywhere in Europe. It still was a lot better than other places I’ve stayed. The room included a kitchenette and there is even a small convenience store at the resort if you would like to purchase and make your own food! As I said before they have everything you really don’t have to leave the resort. We ate breakfast & dinner at the resort restaurant and it was pretty good. The view is magnificent. It says pizzeria on hotels.com but they have everything from pasta to burgers! I really enjoyed the seafood pasta ! Yummy! The seafood was so fresh! The resort also has a bar that services icecream & cocktails. They also have a souvenir shop where we got souvenirs, floats, water shoes, and sun hats. The hotel will exchange euros for Kuna (Croatia’s currency) & they have an atm on sight! The resort is stroller friendly! We took the scroller every where including the roof top pool! The spa was magnificent, it cost but 100% worth it. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a sign to book this is your sign! ;) 10/10 would go back!!

We hired a car and got around the area which was great with so much within 30mins it was stress free. There are walkways and bike paths everywhere, only 5/10 mins walk takes you to Centinara beach which we preferred over the beach which is attached to hotel. Will definitely be back.

I booked a sea view and got a ground floor in a corner that didn’t have any view. It was unsafe, with no lights outside in the parking lot, nor in front of my room. Perfect spot for burglars. Someone opened my door at 7.45am and I still don’t know who that person was. I called multiple times lobby and no one ever picks up. They had me walk half mile with my suitcases since no one could help. If you want something cheap, this is for you. If not, avoid. Only one towel in the apartment.

Hotel was pretty clean. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Springs in the bed stabbed you in the back. Made a bunch of noise while sleeping. Thin walls on the hotel rooms, very easy to hear even normal conversations.

Only negative is that the park view apartment that we booked was a car park view! A bit mean of the management to provide a car-park view when many of the water facing apartments were vacant.

Weather was not good so then the general feeling is less, than when weather was good. Avarage hotel, but I van image when Nice weather, this is a really Nice place.

This hotel was perfect for our family. We have a 3 year old and 21 month old. They loved the pool. We walked to the beach and they loved that, too. The restaurant had great food and ambiance. We didn’t use the animation room. It was convenient to have the grocery store there as well. I’d recommend this for anyone on vacation near Pula!

Nice hotel If you are just there to relativt and do absolute as less as possible.

Relaxing, great food & drink. Views were fabulous. A lot of German nationals which glared at me and my partner an awful lot, which was very uncomfortable. It is very family orientated.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived.We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults and 2 children and yes you do walk into one of the bedrooms from the corridor but we didnt particularly find this to be a problem. There is a door which separates both bedrooms from the living area, which has a sofa bed.We had a large balcony with a table and chairs and the view over the pool and the bay was really lovely.The shop doesnt have a huge range but it ok if you are just there for a few days like we were. We ate in the restaurant once and the food was nice. There are a couple of other restaurants near the hotel but it is in quite a quiet area. We got a taxi into Pula which was about £20.We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel.

The staff in the bar are lovely but the staff in restaurant are not as accommodating. There was NOT an amazing menu of food choices. The hotel staff are very busy so you have to wait to speak to them. The pool was lovely but the entertainment is minimum. There is a lovely restaurant straight across from the hotel which is lovely and they try and accommodate you with everything. The buses are minimum Only every hour and can take 45 minutes to get to Pula but the view was worth it (you wouldnt do it everyday). Overall we were disappointed and it made our summer holiday an expensive lesson.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The positives: the staff were very nice and helpful - very efficient at check-in and helped us immediately when we were locked out of our in-room safe. WONDERFUL pool! It was clean, cool, and refreshing. Delicious food at the restaurant on the left side of the hotel reception area (when facing it). The negatives: Very small apartment with no electrical outlets in the bedroom so I could not plug in my medical device to sleep in the bed - I had to sleep on the couch-bed in the livingroom to plug it in. Also, there was no internet access in the apartment.

Stayed 3 nights as part of a trip around Croatia. Had a sea view apartment. Room was very very small, bed by the entrance door to room so noisy when people walked by. Bed was very very hard and uncomfortable, also seemed to be a million mosquitos in the room.Kitchen was very small and badly equipped, nothing to wash your dishes with and elements too small to cook on. Obviously a ploy to get you to stay there but then eat at the restaurant downstairs.Also wifi not free, and wifi you pay for you can barely use and it is terrible and doesnt work. No mobile reception in apartment either, so left with little choice but to buy the bad wifi.

When we checked in, however, we were placed on the ground floor. Our balcony was just a few metres from the swimming pool with only a 40 cm wall and a few shrubs in between, which the baby could easily have climbed over. After arguing in reception for an hour we were told that we could have a room on the first floor from the following day, so we accepted and lost half a day of our holiday repacking and moving. Whilst in reception the receptionist spent the whole time shuttling between us and the manager's office located just behind as the manager refused to come out and see us. The room was not a two bedroom apartment, as when entering you immediately walk into the first "bedroom". This meant that every time my husband or I wanted to pop out whilst my mother was sleeping we woke her up. A loud buzzer rings every time you open the room door with your key, which woke the baby up on numerous occasions. One night the fire alarm went off 3 times and everyone in our wing left the building each time, but we did not see any staff, nor would they pick up the phone. There were numerous apartments with balconies which overlooked the car park or where you were sat around the corner from the pool with no wall even in between you and the sunbeds. No cleaning so the floors were filthy by the time we left, despite sweeping each day.

Good facilities and lovely pool and views. Very clean. Great for a family. WiFi expensive (100Kn/£10 per device per week). Smoking on adjacent balconies can be overpowering. Staff friendly. Prices reasonable.

Totally awful! The air conditioner was out for the entire hotel for our entire stay! The staff m's response was ... Sorry, there is nothing we can do. When we asked to speak to a manager, there was not one on staff for the entire stay!!! The pool was nice, but the water was dirty! There was a charge to use the Internet for each person for each day ... And it did not work! I will never stay there again - ever!
