Great place in the heart of city center. Across from principal park/plaza of Pereria in dead center of the city. While in “centro” it is a safe area to explore with lots of options for dining and shopping without the need for a car. I recommend

Great hotel In the heart of Pereira. Clean, convenient, good breakfast suite is very spacious.

Front desk staff is outstanding. Housekeepung is uneven. Rooms are quite large though sparsely furnished. Beds are very hard.

Good location in downtown. Some noise from street but not bad. Ask for room away from street.

Have no parking lot. 2 or 3 parking close to the Hotel.

Hotel is in a great location. Be careful of the room you are assigned to, my room was next to the elevator shaft and noisy. Ask for a room at the back, as street noise from the square can keep you awake.

This hotel is modern, clean, and is located in the heart of Pereira right in front of the Bolivar Park and the old cathedral. The restaurant is excellent and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a sister hotel across the street with a nice Jacuzzi on the roof top. This was a bonus since we only stayed overnight and didnt expect to find a jacuzzi at no additional cost. The staff was very attentive to all of our requests and made sure we were pleased with our stay. The only problem was the air conditioning that was broken; however the technician came repaired the air conditioner very quickly. Not all rooms have a view, however the rooms are spacious and you can enjoy the view from the roof lounge at the sister hotel which has an amazing view of the city for picture taking and the Jacuzzi experience. I would definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to anyone staying overnight at Pereira.

Shower water was just dripping no pressure to take a proper shower

The hotel was very comfortable and spacious. The staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent and with good options. It is a great place to stay if you need to be in the center of the city.

I stayed only for a night, waiting for an early flight. It was a nice little hotel. The location was central, but the rooms were noisy. Staff was attentive.
