The property was nice and well located with many activities. Being able to feed the sharks was fun, and the hammocks were comfortable for lounging. The restaurant was pretty good for dinner, but the hotel breakfast options weren’t great. The people were very friendly, and the grounds were very clean. Our room was a little older and smaller than the rooms pictured, but it was fine for what we needed.

The view was awesome breastfast was at 8 which was inconvenient for us being early risers, we had a blast on the rented scooters thanks 91/2 Dan the man, the rest of the staff was modest , not engaging some of them act like they don’t want to be bothered need more personality I guess, but over all it was an awesome stay!!!

Cockroaches in room 1st night. Ants the 2nd. Air-conditioning unit louder than a 747 engine. Breakfast was a yoghurt and a muffin. Only good thing was the free shuttle into town

Customers beware they do not have the Stone Crab Restaurant open till late October which was the huge draw to staying there as it was located in the property grounds. Then they have no ice makers working throughout the facility you have to ask for your bucket to be filled by the rude reservationist. Then God forbid you ask them for a late check out they will assess you $150.00 if you failt to check out by 11a.m. Property Grounds in ruins the rooms are decent but your overlooking the bay which is not clean and have noisy card zipping through the hwy no thank you never again! And I'm a Florida resident by the way. That says alot!

Staff is great. The rooms are small. The bathroom even smaller. I had to get in the tub to close the door so it didn't hit me. There were better places for the same price.

Dirty tub ac is very loud and goes off and on every 2 minutes, it rained at night and you can hear the rain it was as if it was raining in the room needs new sliding glass doors to help with sound proofing

Decided to get out of town at the last minute, did not make a reservation for a hotel in advance. Found this place: comfortable, good location, reasonably priced.

It is a place to spend the night, it is clean and the service is friendly, but I think the photos shown on the web are very arranged, so much so that when you arrive you are surprised. The rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The service people are friendly and always ready to help.

Very accommodating staff- allowed us to use the pool and bathrooms after checking out. Cute little motel that was very clean and well kept.

Me and my husband enjoyed this property, the restaurant was really good, we rented 2 scooters from the hotel, the staff was very helpful and nice, we enjoyed the pool it was warm every time we got in, the hotel also provided breakfast in the morning which was good, and you get to meet Lexi the parrot.

Hotel looks different from the pictures and the rooms are small , the bed is uncomfortable pillows need to be changed.

Ibis has always been a favorite of our but it seems to have some struggles this go around with much needed up dates and the stoned crab was just not satisfactory, the seafood was not fresh and the power issues were on and off throughout the not so good meal. Staff was very friendly but the ibis we know has fell off:(
