My experience was terrible, what was shown on the site is entirely different from what was presented, the room was very small

It was ok, room was noisy because you could hear everything from rooms above and to the side. Nice and clean hotel, reception team were very friendly and helpful.

A very sleek, simple and clean hotel. The room was great for one night (double room with window). The only issues to point out are that there is no bin in the room (aside from the bin in the shower room) and the Smart Control doesn’t work consistently, I had to keep clicking into my emails to access this. It did become quite annoying after a while. Staff on reception were welcoming and assisted promptly with anything needed. I would book again, but will check out one of the apartments.

The hotel was in a great location for our event, and a nice part of Birmingham (jewellery quarter). Check in was straightforward, staff were friendly and I was upgraded to an "apartment" which was clean and well appointed.
My only issue was that the rooms didn't seem to be very well sound insulated because the people in the room above kept me awake until 1:30 because I could clearly hear their talking.
Clever use of an app to allow access to the hotel, lift and room, instead of a key.

Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station)
The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer.

A hotel that I’m is sure is proud of its strange app access system, but it was bug ridden and took time to activate the webpage each time to get into my room. Would suggest on that it’s not friendly to less tech savvy folk and many may not feel safe how long they have to fiddle with the app to get into the hotel and their room.
That and a disappointingly cold shower earns this a 3/5. Could be a very nice place.

Really good stay and upgraded on my first night to a bigger room that I didn’t need but enjoyed having for the night with tea and coffee in the room. You can get tea and coffee by reception so there is a place to get a drink but still like to have in the room but only available in the expensive rooms.
I think my only gripe is the phone app access that took a while to load on my second night to switch the lights on and off. I was given the option of an actual key card so I could get into the room the second night as the novelty of controlling door access and lights on a phone had definitely worn off. Overall a good stay and value for money.

Very much recommended. A pleasant and quite leafy part of town yet only a few minutes from the city centre. Great restaurants nearby. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms with everything controlled by your smartphone. Excellent TV with all the apps you need.

Easy parking in the NCP carpark 2 minutes away which was very secure. 15 minute walk to the arena, 20 minute walk to the city centre. Lots of options for eating out. The room was perfect for a base - smaller than expected, but this was fine as we only needed somewhere to sleep after the concert. Room was immaculate, bed incredibly comfortable, smart tv and bottled water in the room, great size bath towels, shower was great. Overall, highly recommended, we will definitely be back for our next trip to the arena!

Fantastic room and great location. Confusing online check in which says check in on line and avoid the queues but then have to go to reception. also strange conversation about a room upgrade but I was already booked in the highest grade room. Location and facilities very very good in an apart room.

This is perfect for a quick stay. I got the no window standard room and well it definitely didn’t give a fair description. The room had a smart layout and led lights above the “fake window” so it looks like the blinds are down but only wall behind it. The bathroom was interesting, I honestly didn’t mind the layout but definitely should make it clear that your bathroom will flood because the entire bathroom is your shower. All in all really nice spot

Comfortable small apartment in a good location. Unfortunately, it was really noisy. Went to bed shortly after midnight and some other guests appeared to be having a party. The noise finally stopped at around 5am. We were on the ground floor so don't know whether these are noisier rooms. Previous stay on higher floor was fine. It was a,shame as spoilt an ownerwise positive experience

We booked to stay for 1 night and although it’s a 3 star hotel it was spotless and the staff were excellent. There’s no restaurant or breakfast which is why it’s a 3 star but we didn’t need one as it’s in the city centre! The room was small but perfect for a 1 night stay. The bed was really comfortable too. There was a tea/cofee machine with biscuits and bottled water. Really pleased with our stay.

I had a blocked zinc during my stay and immediately I call to inform the staff, i was moved to another room when the handyman couldn't repair the blockage. Their service was promt and fast. I really enjoyed my stay.
Lack of free parking is an issue and no convenient store around the hotel. But in all, i enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel but amusingly strange. It has a glass door for the bathroom. Not interested in seeing inside while someone else is occupying it. Also, the bathroom has a LARGE mirror next to the toilet. I don’t wanna ever ever ever see myself poop again. The bathroom IS the shower. So now, people can look in while you shower on the toilet watching yourself. No separate shower. The building is like a maze. Good luck finding the lobby floor.

Really like this hotel. The small rooms are just what you need with the walk-in shower/toilet, air-conditioning and comfortable bed. TV is good with Netflix (need your own account), Youtube, casting facility as well as terrestrial TV. Tried the room without a window on a previous stay and it has a dummy window which is cleverly lit to make it feel like a real window with the blind down. Not sure why, but I paid the extra £5 or so this time to have a real window even though I didn't use it.

Exceptionally clean and tidy and well equipped. Unfortunately the coffee machine leaked so informed staff and they offered to provide us with a free coffee. The extractor fan in the room was faulty and would not turn off so was a noisy nights sleep.

Upgraded myaelf to the apartment and although it was small, the extras were really worth it. The snacks and drinka were a lovely touch and there there were nice big windows.
Only issue was the bathroom extractor didnt turn off all night, there wasnt nuch space around the bed and the hard floors were very wierd. Id have prepared a carpet.
But besides that, it was a lovely place. Nice facilities in general and the smart access etc was great.

Was not as close as advised on website ! I stay at a hotel in the mail box that states it’s 0.4 km from centre which takes Me 7-8 mins to walk! This hotel says it’s the the same distance but it take 25 mins to walk so
Clearly the distance is incorrect not best please I have to say walls thin tv interaction great Netflix etc
