There was no one at the desk when we checked in. There was, however, a person with no identification on his clothing who said he could check us in but he would have to call someone (a manager). This was uncomfortable. The person called the manager who wanted my card information over the phone (again uncomfortable). After I told the manager it was not a typical way to check in, he asked do you want the reservation or not. We were far from home with no other options, so I gave him my card number. My credit card is protected from fraud so I was not concerned. We checked in. Accommodations were comfortable and very clean. We checked out around 9 AM the next morning, expecting to grab breakfast before we headed out. We were told breakfast was from 7 AM to 10 AM. A different person with no identification on his clothing was sitting in the lobby area, watching TV. When I asked about breakfast, he said the breakfast lady wasn't there yet. No apology or compassion.

Kimberly checked me in and she was absolutely delightful. She was professional and courteous. The room didn’t measure up to the service. The room needs a bit of an upgrade so it will have a better aesthetic appeal.

Wouldn't let me check in 2 hours early after a day of travel. Freezer in fridge has never been defrosted. Tv didn't work.

My experience was terrible.My wife and my kids was suppose to stay here and we couldn’t.We check in think ok we going lay down with our 4 daughters.The rooms was not livable .There was no smoke detector.The room had stain on wall bed and lamps.The ceiling had water damage.the room had mildew along the ceiling and walls.The tub just no words for it. The room had open light fixtures with masking tap coving the holes.The furniture was old and dirty.So all and all we didn’t stay 5mins in this place. Expedia should drop this property from its site.The young lady at front desk was very sweet. It’s just the property is nasty.The owner is a scammer he knows these rooms are like this it’s very unsafe.I normally don’t do these thing but i have to tprotect others. Please don’t stay here at all .

Wasn't able to check-in on the original date and then told that I'd be accommodated for the inconvenience to only be threatened with the cops if I didn't leave. Although it was no fault of my own for them not having a front desk person. My reservation was for 08/17/2024 til 08/19/2024 but I checked in on 08/18/2024 due to the system was down and no front desk worker. I'll NEVER recommend them to anyone after this experience.

This is a motel not a hotel, do not waste your time and money. This motel had mode in the rooms. Stained carpets, stained bedliners and beds staying carpet with mold. The ceiling had big holes in it hose in the rooms. This hotel needs to be condemned.This is not for someone to stay in.

Other than the very rude and loud guest that stayed up to 2 plus in the morning partying when I had a 4 month old that wouldn’t stay asleep from them hitting the walls and being SO LOUD. After multiple calls to the front desk I had to threaten to call the cops because they wouldn’t do anything about it.

They have a poor service, if u need towel they don't haven't , floor around ac is wet and smell just the humid on the room. Bathroom door don't close, blank on the shower to short and floor get wet.

The four nights stay with family was not so good. No meat for breakfast. Meat was on the breakfast on out fifth day for check out. On our third the toilet was backing up. I called and ask the front desk toaskfor a plunger at 10:00pm. The man said he will bring the plunger. I waited up until 3:00am But he never did call or nothing. The next morning I got up and call again then the lady said we have to come and get the plunger so I did.This is Poor Service. This is Nasty.The room, bathroom room, towels was very clean. But I will never bring my family back there again.

We were on the second floor. The ice maker machine was broken on the first second floor. There was no ice bucket in the room. The coffee maker did not work at breakfast. There was no meat no grits only hard biscuits, cream gravy and hard scrambled eggs.

First off I booked my hotel weeks in advance. Once I arrived at the hotel I was told they were at 100 % capacity even though I booked my trip in advance for my wedding. Once I was able to check in I went to the room and noticed the sheets had holes in them and stains on the bed. The shower was not fully working the handle could not extended all the way. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and didn’t have the room cleaned at all. I had to go get towels from the front desk multiple times. The room keys stopped working multiple times. No one checked to see if we needed towels. The front desk associates were always on their phones and never greeted after coming and going multiple times thru out the day.

Horrible stay, curtains were stained, shower curtain rail was rusted, carpet was very sticky, the bed was falling apart with zero support...most likely very old, the bathroom door was dry rotted and couldn't even close all the way. Ended up checking out after one night.

When I arrived i was met by a very nice young man at the desk who checked me in, in a matter of minutes. Upon entering my room I learned that the air conditioning system was not working and a box fan was in the room. (I have asthma and need plenty of air ventilation.) I called down to the front desk to see what could be done. I was informed that there was no other rooms available and all he could do was give me another fan. I later discovered that there was no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. When my boyfriend went downstairs he was told he would have to come back because the towels were just being washed, this was at 7:30pm. When I went down for breakfast this morning I asked to speak with the manager (because the gentleman at the desk told me that he would be able then) i was informed that he would not be in until late on in the day. I left my name and phone number and a list of complaints with the lady at the desk and I'm still awaiting a call from management!

This place doesn’t doesn’t deserve half a star. AC didn’t work, shower curtain was 4” short causing the bathroom floor to flood. Refrigerator didn’t work. No phone in room. TV didn’t work. Absolutely horrible place. They wouldn’t give me another room and the place wasn’t sold out. The place is a dump. Employees were absolutely terrible.

Made a reservation for 5. Asked for room with 2 beds and a pull out couch as pictured. The pull out couch was worthless. The matress is so small and full of springs you can feel them poke your back. We all had to make it work in the 2 beds. Also room only had 3 towels when asked for extra ones they said they dint have any they were in the process of washing some. Room was not re stocked or cleaned while we were there even though we asked. I must say the 2 beds and pillows along with

It was very disappointing. The room is dated, smelly and dirty. From the floor to the bedskirts had stains. When we pulled out the sofa bed there was a stain on the mattress and you could feel all the springs. My child just slept on the sofa. The tub was rusty. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water in the tub. They didn't even have towels and washclothes. When we went to the front desk the first we were told they only had towels-no washclothes. Then the following night they only had towels for 2 people when we were a family of 4. They need to shutdown until they can accommodate a full hotel.The room also had a old, smoky, musty smell. It took a lot of clorox spray for it to be bearable. The elevator always smelled like marijuana.Also my aunt and uncles room had bugs so they left a night early. We were in town for a funeral and this made the situation even more sad.....This was a one and done stay for me.

The front desk guy was very nice but the front desk lady on Monday really needs to get off her phone and be aware of her surroundings. Also, please check on the TV's in the rooms. In December, the TV did not work properly in our room. This past weekend the TV did not work in room 212. We were told that Sunday, a new tv would be installed. Nope.

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. We booked this hotel through Orbitz and up until now have never had a problem with booking through this site. Upon check in, we proceeded to take our stuff up to the room. As we were unpacking a roach crawled out from behind the TV area. We immediately gathered our things and notified the front desk lady. She did offer to send us to the next level. But I told her my daughter is deathly afraid of cockroaches and is immunocompromised. She basically said “what do I expect, it’s New Orleans”. I said ROACHES don’t stay in one area. She said they had just sprayed a few days before and we have been the only one that complained. She stated that he called the manager and that he was not responding to her text. Told me to call the next day and he will be in by 3pm, called the next day and was told to call the back by 5pm still no manager available and he never called me back. you should not have to live with ROACHES. I will be contacting the better business bureau. I forgot to mention I did notice the musty smell as one guess noted.

Was already in not to good of a mood as a i came to bury my older brother. Reserved an executive suite and was placed on the 4th floor. Room was huge and worth it, but the tv didnt work due to a short in the cord. So after 2 days of no tv being available they moved me to what was suppose to be another Execurive King Suite on the 1st floor Rm 101. The room was just a regular room that they had stuffed everything from the Executive Kind Suite into it. Sitting area had ottomans stuffed between sofa and siiting chair so unusuable. Then to top it off in the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling. Was highly disappointed and couldnt believe they were ripping people off just because they crammed everything on top of the other into the room and called it an Executive King.

This hotel from the outside looks great! But when i got there the elevator only went up so we had to take the stairs to leave out. The rooms were initially clean but we stayed there 4 days with no service. The room started smelling wet like mildew and now me and my kids are sick. The cable box had a shortage so we had a hard time using the tv. Overall I will not be returning. It is not suitable for someone with kids.

Found out the 2nd floor elevator button did not work. The only way to get off the floor was to use stairs. The door to the stairs wouldnt open when pushed, had to use a card to depress the latch. Not one sign stated the elevator problem. Was not informed during check in. The front desk worker the next morning said "yeah, we now. Waiting in parts". NOT GOOD CUSOTMER SERVICE AT ALL, too busy on cell phone.

The initial room we had didn't have AC, and it took more than 4 hours for them to get a hold of a manager so we could get a new room.

First room had two tvs that did not work. Power outlets did not work and had bugs and spiders. Guy working at desk told my husband he was aware. He moved us to another room it was better. Had to have 2 remotes for tv. Bath tub didn’t stop up but the toilet did. Couch was gross couldn’t sit on. It was a good thing for them I prepaid!
