Exceeded my expectations in all aspects!

The location was convenient, and I did not have any issues with the staff. Did notice one of the valet drivers, driving somebody car really fast. Didn't think that was okay.

What I didn't like was the fact that our room was so far from the elevator and the refrigerator wasn't working on our room.

The location was perfect to food, shopping, sightseeing, and close to the Carnival Port.

I love this hotel. The rooms and breakfast are a bonus. It is close to the casinos and lots of restaurants.

chambre sombre, vue au ras du toit. Poignet douche qui reste dans la main, rideau de douche à moitié dévissé. Impression d’avoir eu une chambre bas de gamme par rapport au standard de l’hotel. Pas de moyen de restauration en dehors des heures du petit déjeuner.

Habitaciones cómodas, muy limpias y acogedoras. Buen desayuno y buena atención del personal.

No se limpiaban las habitaciones todos los días, sino día por medio.

The balcony.

Everything else. They didn’t have the room ready when I got there and I had to wait with my mom and aunts who are all over 70 years of age. Also, the tv didn’t work once w finally got access to the room but the balcony was beautiful. After moving rooms because of the broken tv, we were given a room with NO balcony. I asked for a refund difference and they couldn’t assist. They didn’t offer us any consolations at all. So we left and found another hotel room.

Everything! Breakfast needs a little work...but the hotel rooms were gorgeous & clean! Although in my original reservation I requested a two bed room (but was given a one bed) we made it work!

Our room was right by the elevator and the head of the bed was up against the wall where the elevator was. Our heads/bed vibrated every time the elevator went up and down. Did not make for a good nights sleep. We are cruising and will find somewhere else to stay.

Tout..... C'était propre, confortable, bien équipé. Vous avez des grands flacons de shampoing, après-shampoing et lait corporel. Très bon choix dans le petit déjeuner et vous êtes à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre. Personnel tres sympathique. J'y retournerais sans problème.

The rooms were large and well appointed.

The $42 fee per day to park at the hotel seemed excessive. There was adequate street parking on a Sunday, but the street into the hotel was narrow and bumpy, which made getting your luggage in and out a bit of a hassle.

The valet and breakfast staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The size of our room was nice and was convenient for relaxing and resting after exploring all day. The location is fantastic, close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do. Breakfast options were great

We were there for almost 5 days and not once did housekeeping service our room. So we had to stop at the front desk for things to restock our room, which in itself not a big deal. But what was not awesome was how the front desk staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them by asking. I could really have done without regular eye rolls. It's not our fault housekeeping didn't stop by Maybe take your frustrations and annoyance up with that situation instead of being rude to guests. The beds- were clean but overall uncomfortable. If you prefer a firm mattress , you will enjoy the beds. I prefer more medium and felt I was sleeping on a cardboard box, so your experience could vary based on preference

As I had been invited to participate in an International Conference in the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA, the Hampton Inn is the closest hotel located, just across the road. It took only a couple of minutes to reach the venue ! The Staff all-in-all were courteous, "accommodative" (pun intended!) and helpful. The modest person (I guess Gersan was his name) who checked me in was super copoerative and gave me the best room available with a view. Even for the vacationer, the Hotel is close to riverwalk the Mississippi Pier, the French Quarter, several Museums and the famous Aquarium. All within walking distance. The hotel is kept spick-and-span. Also has a laudry room with coin and credit-card operable machines. That is an added convenience !

All was OK, but may I suggest that for vegetarians such as myself, if they could provide more options in the continental breakfast, it will be highly appreciated !

Hotel em frente ao convention center, perto também do outlet, Canal St e French quarter. Quarto grande e confortável, funcionários atenciosos. Precisei trocar de quarto por motivo de barulho do vizinho e me atenderam prontamente.

Achei que faltou capricho na limpeza e arrumação da roupa de cama. Mas o que me desapontei foi o café da manhã: poucas opções e muito pesadas (doce e gordura), praticamente nada de saudável, fruta só maçã. Usam copo, prato e talheres descartáveis pra tudo, num mundo de hoje em que nos preocupamos com sustentabilidade isso me deu agonia. Mas conversei com colegas e parece ser assim em todos os hotéis da cidade.

The website says hotel is the closest to the cruise port, which is not true. Website says free shuttle to the cruise port but guests are made to come stand in a long line at 8am the day of their cruise to sign up for the shuttle, only to be told there is only 1 time to be shuttled. We were in line well before 8am, reached the desk at about 8:30 to be told there is only 1 time which was 9am. We hadn't showered, had breakfast & weren't boarding until 12-12:30pm so this one & only time didn't work for us, resulting in having to pay for a taxi. We booked at this hotel based on free shuttle & closest to terminal, which both ended up to be not the case.

Room was nice, location was perfect, loved the hotel structure and decor.

Says it’s the closest to the NCL cruise terminal - not true at all. Terrible customer service!

Close proximity to cruise ship and also attractions

Location was perfect for cruising and close to fun places to go check out the city.

Slow elevators, bed were a bit too firm for our liking.

I loved that everything was close by. I loved the breakfast. I loved how the staff greeted us upon arrival.

I really didn't care too much for the valet parking. I had to take alot with me out the car. I didn't care too much for the small pool area. It needs to be expanded for all the guesses they had.
