My stay was Great the room was very clean bed was super comfortable by me needing a handicap room I was able to get a parking space right in front of my room and I was pleased all the way around. I will be using this location and hotel again in the near future

This was a suite. This was the first time I've seen a kitchen with absolutely no utensils of any sort available. Breakfast is listed. It consists of coffee and muffins daily. There is one ice machine on the first floor next to a broken washer machine. There were harsh stains on the towels and bedding.

my stay was very pleasant, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I had a problem with was the mattress, it was too soft which made it uncomfortable.

So the lobby isnt open for late check-ins you have to answer the call when they ask what time youll be there. Night clerk was friendly but was very hard to understand. Towels had pubic hair in them. Tried to call to get new towels only to find the room phone is just there for decorations. Called front desk using my cell phone only for it to go unanswered sending me back to the automated answering service. Found the front desk clerk sitting up there eating not answering the phone. Lots of construction workers and other folks just hanging around outside blocking our door to our room, this doesn't neccesarily bother me but i could see it bothering other folks. All in all i wont be staying there ever again, it was convenient to the hospital but a further drive to a better hotel is advisable.
Furthermore the online check in process thru Wyndam is a pain and the numerous calls from the hotel making sure of my arrival time, the room I wanted, etc are annoying especially with the language barrier. Supposedly the hotel has been remodeled and you can sorta tell but its still bad. The beds are hard and springy and it smells of weed and cigarette smoke outside and inside. Airport noise is there but not to terrible, other than that it was surprisingly quiet.

I didnt like the fact that every time i left my room and came back, our keys didn't work. I didnt like the fact the dront desk gave our room to someone else with our belongings still in the room. I didn't like the facr that the guest that was in our room didnt wana give us our belongings at first and that she came to the door with a weapon. Luckily my fiance and i didn't have our weapons as well, that whole situation could've ended badly

Cockroaches, dirty comforters, looooong hairs on the sheets, water on the floor, no breakfast… orange juice machine not even plugged in, no shuttle and no communication from Days Inn corporate or local. They tried to cancel the morning of the reservation…. Wouldn’t answer their phone. Awful experience. I want my money back!

Ac not working, had a code E9. The front desk told me they wouldn’t change my room nor give me my money back. That maintenance won’t fix it till tomorrow, when I check out. He wanted me to stay in hot room in Texas. Very unprofessional.

The power went out on the day we checked out. The front desk lady was friendly. The room wasn't too bad. Loved the horse painting above the bed. There was a friendly black cat there that was abandoned. Adorable cat. The bathroom didn't have enough towels. There was s stove, but no dishes. They had a mini fridge with no freezer.

the pickup shuttle is the same for like 8 hotels.... if I knew this, I would have taken an Uber to the hotel. As I stood at the airport for 30 minutes, I watched every other hotel shuttle come and pickup their guests.

The hotel had recently gone through a renovation but nothing in our room worked. We had to have the refrigerator replaced because it wasn't working. Neither the cooktop nor the coffee maker worked either. There was an ironing board but no iron. The front desk was very friendly and tried to be helpful but couldn't fix everything. Room was cleaned every day 😌

It’s a good place to stay very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle airport-hotel and hotel-airport.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room was nice and comfortable. The main issue is that the hotel offers a 24 hour shuttle, which is more like a 2-4 hour shuttle. They need more shuttles or dedicated shuttles. Their shuttle picks up folks for about 6 or 7 different hotels that are not near one another. The shuttle carried way more people than there were seats, sped around corners trying to make up time, and was exceedingly slow to arrive or depart due to the fact that it had to run all over dropping people off. If there had been some big delays at the airport resulting in a lot of excess hotel users, then I could understand, but that wasn't it.

Was just ok. Hotel shuttle took an hour to pick us up. Another 30 minutes to get to the hotel. It was late and we were tierd. Room was tierd but ok. Thought maybe some prostitution was being done in the room a couple doors down.

The shuttle did not pick me up from airport as arranged. Had to find another shuttle to take me. They didn't save a 1st floor room for me. Obviously I'm a woman travelling alone from my reservation. Only 1 girl on duty at 9pm. She had to lug my suitcase up the stairs to 2nd floor as no one else to help her. No restaurant as advertised. Nearest restaurent: had to cross FREEWAYS at night to get to it. Ad said restaurant was in hotel. Had to go without dinner. Sofa in room was old, faded with stains. One small blood stain on one of pillowcases. Paper lampshades were torn in places. The outside was like signing into a prison with passing papers through a slot. No coffee etc available in lobby when I signed in or out. Lobby itself was smaller than any I've ever seen. One couch. Days Inn does not keep up its properties from what I've heard from others. Never again. And, I demand a refund!!!!!
