We were in town for a college visit at OSU. The check-in front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with providing explanations on the facility's offerings including fitness center, pool, and breakfast. They offered recommendations on various places to eat and other places to go. Room was spacious and liked that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms. That allows 2 people to use the facilities for different reasons. There were even 2 separate sinks. As for comfort in the room...My pillow was very comfy, was able to adjust room temp to our liking, and TV could swivel to different areas in the rooms. Unfortunately, bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. It was a bit too firm for me.
Hotel was clean. Location was great. Parking and breakfast are free. Lots of food options close by as well as a couple gas stations. If you forget anything, there is a strip mall down the street that has a Target & Marshalls. Would def come here again and maybe the bed will be a bit more comfortable :-)

Was very noisy all night with trains rolling thru all hours of the night & morning.refrig u had to hit button every 2 hours to keep it cold.room was very nice bed was comfortable.pillows weren't the greatest not comfortable for the head or neck.

I travel with teenage girls. We love to stay here for cheer comps and when attending concerts at nationwide arena. Plenty of room to get ready, to sleep, and great location. Staff has always been super friendly and expedient.

The room was ok, very odd set up. Couch had white stains all over it, what looked like bodily fluid on curtains and wall behind bed. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Must air conditioning smell. Had to pay for parking but still park at your own risk.

Ice machine was out of service on the third floor. Happens every time I am out on three. It’s why I ask for the first floor. For the first fine the hallways were dirty. Hadn’t been vacuumed. But the front desk is awesome.

Our room was very clean, the chair by the desk was very wobbly, hardly useable. The couch was uncomfortable like it should have had some back cushions that were missing. The mattress was ok. Very noisy. The air conditioner, wind & trains. Get the wind and train, but the AC too? Shower was really nice, glad to have a mini fridge, liked the wall between the bed & couch. TV worked well. Everyone was very nice.

The beds are the most uncomfortable i have ever stayed on. The rooms air conditioning sounds like a freight train all night... oh amd trains do go by at night! The house keeping does not do their job as there was a bunch of hair under my pillows meaning they didnt even change my bedding. Then went to open the blinds to let light in and luckily didnt touch it but there was blood smeared all over the curtains amd inside blind! When i told the front dest all they said was we would let management know... no lets change yours rooms etc..
