Clean and fresh.
The room we are in is bedside the laundry area and it is kind of noisy.

Location is amazing! Close to downtown but provided free parking that was easily accessible. The hotel is close to several restaurants that you can walk to. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I.

Great front desk staff. They really worked with us because we had to cut our stay short.
Bistro/bar evening staff was very unfriendly. Told us to hurry up and order because she wanted to go home. Also could not find a wifi password.

There was a dirty rag in the shower and toothpaste on the inside of the shower curtain. Other than that everything was very good.

Our regular place to stay when dropping college kid off at OSU. Located with easy access to highways, OSU campus, and downtown neighborhoods. Free, accessible parking; Starbucks coffee in house.

The breakfast at Starbucks was good, the girls behind the counter were friendly & nice.
The pillows were okay and the bed was lumpy. We stayed at a holiday inn express the next night, the price was less & the bed was better. The chaise lounge chair in room wasn’t comfortable & when you moved the foot stool by it there was garbage there that wasn’t ours. ( that’s why the cleanliness response was what it was, otherwise no other problems)

Proximity to town and specifically the Hofbrauhaus. When we travel through Columbus, we always try to eat at that restaurant and the Marriott being an easy walk fit that perfectly.
We paid extra for the breakfast, but was disappointed with the offerings by the Starbucks vendor. Although the food was properly prepared and tasty, we had expected something a little better from Marriott, which is one of the reasons that we chose to stay at Marriott.

I enjoyed my experience of this beautiful hotel! The service was exceptional! And the inside and outside location of the hotel was awesome! My parking was right there in front of the hotel, and I was on the third floor my room was right by the elevator and the ice machine great service! And my room was amazing absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable I did not want to get up everything was on the up and up very satisfied I would definitely stay there again and again and again!! Plus they had all kinds of stuff on the property I wish I would have took advantage of getting a Starbucks before I left:-( but the atmosphere and the furniture and the people were amazing it makes me wish they were closer because I'm all the way in Kentucky almost 6 hours away pretty much but it was awesome and I don't regret it!!

Bar closed by 10 on a Friday night and no way to get any food other then vending machine garbage and no microwave in room and no plastic wear to eat garage food. Very dissatisfied.

Don't like the Bistro as I am use to the buffet at Courtyards I normally stay at (DC area), which makes it a better deal. Also, no one cleaned our room while we were there.
