Bed was comfy and I liked the number of pillows provided. Staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating to my room complaints. Appreciated that the front doors locked at 11 pm.

Didn’t care for the train tracks, had to move rooms due to the trains running all night and waking me up constantly. The second room they tried to give me smelled like weed so I asked to be moved to a third room. Lots of door slamming in the morning, my first room wasn’t very clean. I wiped everything down myself with wipes and the wipes were filthy. Breakfast wasn’t great either, the offerings were mainly carbs, some fresh fruit would’ve been a nice addition.

The breakfast was common for hotel breakfasts. .. not exceptional. Location was perfect for us.

nice spacious room. Little strange layout, the room had a toilet room with a small sink, like a half bath then a second bathroom with a large sink and tub/shower but no toilet in that room. never seen anything like that.

Welcoming staff! Room size was great...and liked the split bathroom facilities. Close proximity to OSU! Pleasantly surprised to see visiting Big 10 team staying at this hotel...

Breakfast was a little sparse - could use some improvement...

We were walking distance from the activities we had planned.

Our room smelled like pot, a lamp didn't work, the water never got very hot, the ice dispenser on our floor was broken, housekeeping was very loud in the other rooms so we could not relax, and dispite there being other empty rooms a loud family was placed next to ours.

Spacious and nice rooms! Good lobby with great staff.

The TV in our room was in a weird spot. Breakfast bar was ok.
