Easy checkin, very friendly staff. Free luggage storage one piece per person. Clean room and facility. Our room is a standard room on ground floor, no window, could get a bit hot when central heat is on. Not sure why there's constant water flowing sound through the pipe on the ceiling after 18:00 maybe, but that didn't bother us. We found it quite soothing for our sleep.
It's located right at heart of china town but not noisy at all. Walking distance to metro, bus, or even just 15 mins to train station.

Hotel rooms look nice in pictures. I had a room without window which, unfortunately, also had poor ventilation and poor lighting. Bed and bathroom are fine, however, it still feels like sleeping in a cupboard. In addition, drains from other rooms ran through my room (above the lowered ceiling), leading to many surprising noises in the middle of the night. I'd avoid this place.

This is honestly a central hotel! Everything is easily walkable from here from attractions, shopping, restaurants! The staff were all very friendly and happy to answer questions, and help. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and great shower. I highly recommend it!

No hot water so unable to shower or wash, charged a different amount to original booking, banging through the night, got an electric shock from the plug socket. Not as described. Looking for somewhere to stay regularly in The Hague but this experience was very bad and I paid a lot and for a stay I did not receive.

Key location and the right price for a busy week in The Hague. Desk staff in the evenings and mornings were difficult to communicate with. That said, it felt like a safe location and I would stay there again for the price and access to this great city.

We chose this hotel for location, price, and AC. It was under 70F / 21C outside and at least 80F / 26C inside. The AC was running. The windows barely opened. The staff told us that it was too hot for the AC to work and brought us a fan. Not great.

The mechanism for entry to my room was broken, unfortunately. Other than that, the room was very decent. There were no windows, so the room was VERY dark at night (might be difficult to wake up for some people). Would definitely stay again.

Its just a 12 min walk from the Central station and lots of restaurants around. Convenient and comfortable. Tourist attractions are all almost walkable.

I came to Netherlands first time and booked this hotel online. It was a wonderful stay and the staff was awesome and very helpful. Would like to mention specially Mr Ryan who is very helpful and accommodative.

Its a good place to stay for the price.Not grand but nice and very comfortable.There can be problems with noise at night from naughty guests(?) on the veranda.But I never bothered dealing with it since I was tired and sleep well anyway

Great location smack bang in the middle of Chinatown, great for foodies!

When we arrived, the receptionists made some rude comments about my appearance and also said that I probably came straight from Valhalla (I'm swedish), without knowing I spoke Dutch. 8 hours travelling make me tired, I'm afraid...
The room was filthy, and had big old water leaks in the ceiling. Every time someone used their water, we heard it in our room. We also heard the dripping from the leaks, which apparently weren't fixed.
The carpeted floor was very dirty and had stains almost everywhere. Previous guests had been writing on the walls, which hadn't been covered.
It's a cheap hotel, but these issues are not difficult nor expensive to solve.
