Very poor service the staff at the reception was not friendly, not even greeting guests.
The Jaccuzi was not working well, pool is very small. No conditioner and body lotion at toilet. This is my first stay in Premier inn and I won’t choose them again for sure.

Awful hotel.
Rooms and bathroom dirty, towels old torn and thin. Toiletries never filled up. Housekeeping was shocking, if you got tea bags you would not get the milk if you got the milk you would not get the tea bags.
Breakfast was poor, pastries were hard, staff were rude and very reluctant to refill anything.
Exceptional noisy, kids screaming and shouting running around the hotel floors. A lot of noise from other rooms, shouting, banging doors and shouting down the corridors, even after security was called as soon as he left the noise continued until the early hours of the morning.
If your unlucky to get a room at the back of the hotel, it us very closely overlooked by a massive tower office block which seems to be occupied 24/7, so when you have all the lights on in your room you feel you have to pull the curtains. The rooms at the back of the hotel are extremely dark due to the tower block behind.
Evening meal served on a badly cracked plate !
The standards in this hotel are not even up to UK standards.

I stay in this hotel regularly. At least 2 times a year. So I’m a regular. I’ve paid for late checkout on numerous occasions. This time, I asked for late checkout. It was granted till 2pm, which I appreciated.
But I do wonder why, as a regular, the hotel does not make an effort to gain my loyalty by offering me a late checkout at 6pm once a while.

Great staff. We had to check out early before breakfast but the staff were very kind to pack breakfast for a family of five. House keeping staff is great and so is the free shuttle to different attractions. All for a reasonable cost.

The hospitality of the hotel is the worst I have seen so far in the world. The staff is rude and not there to help you. The service is too slow, it took them 1.5 hours to get us the key to room.
The hotel policies are built on looting the customers. The breakfast price was quoted 55 durhams at check-in but at breakfast they asked for 62 durhams. The extra price was not informed during check-in.

My family did not had the great experience. We were asked to take a separate room at the last moment. Only this hotel in whole UAE has the policy of staying 2 adults in a room. And hotel rooms were not up to the mark as shown in pictures. The neighborhood and hotel was good. I would suggest calling the hotel before deciding to stay.

We had a group of 25 people here for a conference at ADNEC. The hotel could not have been more perfect. Starting from the incredible location, perfect rooms, excellent and diverse breakfast, all for a very reasonable price, this hotel cannot be beat. Add in the wonderful outdoor space - so good to meet and chat by the pool at the end of a long work day - and the absolutely sweetest and most friendly staff, especially in the restaurant - it was a 10***** experience! And a very good meeting room as well. Congratulations to Premier Inn for making our conference stay so hospitable and memorable.

No water pressure in the bathroom, no toilet kit, a/c was not functioning properly, room is very congested. For everything we need to call many times and then the staff will respond, Access key always gets deactivated. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

We reached the hotel around 2pm.
Going from USA, it was a LONG flight and we were jetlagged + very tired.
The front desk staff was all smiles, pleasant, and helpful.
The bellcap was cheerful and helpful too. We gave him a very nominal tip (by US standards) and he was overjoyed.
The room was nice and ready for us. Very comfortable and clean. It was perfect in all aspects, for our needs.
at 11:30pm I ventured into the hotel's restaurant. It was still open for dinner (till 1am) but there were no customers and staff was cleaning it and getting it ready for morning breakfast buffet. On my request she went to the kitchen and came back with some snacks and bread slices to take to my room, just in case I got hungry late at night.
It was only 1 night stay so we didn't explore any of the facilities.
I will happily stay there on my future AD visit!

The room that we have upon arrival was not ready as it should. It was missing towels and other stuff in the room. The housekeeping person for that day is rude and did not provide everything we need. The property in Dubai (Jadaf) and its staffs are so much better and friendly than Abu Dhabi unfortunately.
